I purchased Paw Patrol tickets in March 2020 that was cancelled due to COVID. Initially I was told I would get my refund in 60 days because they have to service all of North America. After 69 days, I was told it would be another 60 days per the email. There was no email. Then I got a very rude rep after that 60 days that was cussing after I asked for a supervisor. Today I called and was offered 110% refund that can ONLY be applied to a new event. I told him, I live in NM, a shelter in place state there are no other events. He said there are events in every city each month. Are you kidding me? I am suppose purchase another event, which does NOT exist in my city, during a deadly pandemic. His response is refunds to cards are going extremely slow, purchasing another event is your best bet. I will definitely be checking in the future to see who is selling the tickets. I cannot believe they are still in business!
I highly recommend to never do business with this company. I ordered tickets for a college football game. They claimed my tickets were transferred. I never received the email with the transfer. They said they couldn't be resent and I'm just out the tickets plus no refund.
This site should be banned. I bought tickets that were listed at a Warner Theater in CT and they sold me tickets for a Warner Theater in Washington DC for $433.The event was not ever in CT although it was listed as being in CT. When I called them Josh was rude, intimidating, and said that ticketsales.com --where I found the tickets didn't have anything to do with ticketsales.com. THe website as shown below shows that tickets for THE Hits was in CT, yet it never was? He said That I said that I was buying for a performance in DC when I never said that... and when I asked him to let me listen to my phone recording he said he would not let me listen to it. He kept saying things like you are not listening and I have already said that... it was really terrible. Don't buy here.
Bought tickets in February! Still havnt received them! Was told venue hadnt release tickets yet! Lie 1, Then they said its up to person who pwns tickets to release! Purchased tickets received confirmation organized and paid for hotel and airline tickets to be told two weeks later my tickets were unavailable. Total bait and switch company. When you email them they advise you to call when you call they give you an email address to send a message. Have never dealt with a more difficult company. Don't buy you will be disappointed.
I purchased tickets on 11/19/2019 for the USA softball game.It was canceled due to corvid and was told in June I would get a refund in 60 business days. Long story short I bought 2 concert tickets my friend bought tickets for same concert same area but through ticketmaster I payed $398 he payed $158. I emailed them to cancel my order 2 hours later still no response called next day refused to refund my money but it cleared my bank the same day I called even though I emailed them to cancel my order the day before the money was taken out my account. Received a link to download & print my tickets clicked the link what do you know my tickets are coming from ticketmaster. I will never use or recommend anybody use this company. I'm actually on hold with them now it have been over 3 hrs. No answer. I will be reporting them to the BBB & my state DOJ.
If I could give the zero, I would. I thought I was calling the box office at the venue. The man who answered was very helpful, explained the seating and suggested 4 great seats. They charged my Amex and sent a confirmation e-mail stating that the tickets would be e-mailed 48 hours in advance. There was absolutely NO suggestion that we would NOT get the tickets. When I called 48 hours ahead, they advised tickets were delayed and would be there in 24 hours. Then they advised they would be there at 7am the day of the show. Then they advised we would get them by 1:00pm. Then they sent an e-mail stating: sorry, no tickets! What a dishonest, disgusting business. We had transportation plans, dinner plans, and were so looking forward to this show! Of course, it was way too late to get tickets! They NEVER said MAYBE we purchased tickets! We did get our money back BUT this place should be OUT OF BUSINESS!

I purchased tickets through boxofficetickets.com to see a play in March. The pandemic right at this time. The show was "postponed". I called and it took 3 or 4 times to get a customer service person to answer. I explained my show was postponed and because I did not live in that area I wanted a refund. They told me I had to wait until it was " cancelled". It finally was cancelled and I after 7 or 8 emails and a few more phone calls, I hot my refund today, October 18th. Their policy says 30-60 days. Well. They obviously DONT know how to count to 60! My first request was June 26th. I will NEVER deal with this company again. At one point I was ready to go to my attorney. The man said if I did, they would put my refund at the bottom of the stack and hold it until March 2021. This company has NO business selling tickets or any other things.
Flat out lied to us about where the seats were located (said 2nd row behind home plate - they were 2nd row of the TOP section of the ballpark about 100 rows from home plate and on the 1st baseline NOT behind homeplate. Actively pressured and tricked us into purchasing tickets that were available online for less than 1/4 of the price. These people know when someone isn't familiar with a venue or a ticket buying prcoess and they take full advantage.
They should be taken off the internet,,, they take your money and never sendo you the tickets,, its a Scam Outfit,, they tell you to email email *******@mytickettracker.com 1000 times,,, how crazy is that! I never got my tickets to my events!
I spoke to Chris on the phone. When I asked if this was Madlife ticket sales he said yes. He told me the concert I was looking at was almost sold out. I panicked because it was my friend's 50th. I purchased 12 tickets and found out the next day that this was a third party. They jacked up the price $50 per ticket and when I asked for a refund they refused.
We called the number to the Event center where our concert is to be held, we have none many concerts there... and some how my call got switched to this outfit. They said they were affiliated with our local event center. So without checking we just booked the tickets thinking it was the normal event center we were talking too. Turns out they charged us more than twice the price with no refunds of course.

The guy on the phone told me the cheapest prices available for a a show was $70. I said okay well the venue website says tickets start at $38.50 and he said "if you want the cheap seats then you can go through them, we are a third party seller only" then I tried asking another question, he cut me off and said "call us back when you're ready to buy tickets " and hung up on me
I thought I was ordering from the event in Saskatoon Sask Canada. This outfit is in the US so had to pay US exchange. Tickets that should have cost 150.00 cost me 273.00 Canadian. Stay away from this outfit.
I paid for tickets venue was canceled because of Covid. Was promised over and over I would get refund, last conversation was when they sell tickets they will refund. Can't get a refund and now they never answer phones. My question is there a way for us to take legal action for our losses?

Bought the ticket on 6/24/2021 for Steve Aoki, received an email on 6/26/2021 to inform me the transferred is completed and look for 2nd email for my ticket info. The 2nd email never received. Checked Junk/Trash boxes, nothing there, searched Echostage, no dice either. Called 6/28/2021, after holding for 2 hours, someone answered the call, saying they will need to recall the email and re-send me the email, asked me to give it until Wednesday. If i dont receive it, call them back. It's Wednesday, 6/30/2021, been on hold for 2 hours 25 minutes, still waiting for someone to talk to me. All my friends got their 2nd email but me, i don't know what's going on with this seller. I would go to Ticketmaster directly next time.
I bought two tickets to a Hollywood Bowl event a way over face value. A few days later, the company emailed me to tell me those tix weren't available but they were going to give me others. They marked the email URGENT, telling me to email or call them. I got no response to my email; I called, waited on hold for one hour (before hanging up), and will now get my credit card company. NEVER EVER use this company! I even wonder if they could be a criminal enterprise.
This company is a scam. I purchased tickets for the White Sox, it got rained out, and they gave me a voucher which I CAN NOT USE. Called Customer service and was on hold over an hour one day, and two hours the next. This is a scam.
Answer: I haven't received a refund for tickets I bought for my 5 year old to see Jojo siwa in 2019 and told me I don't use the money within a year towards something else I loose it. I didn't get that until 2021 March and they still were limiting and canceling things cause of COVID. Worst place ever
