I bought over $200 Canadian worth of clothing from boutiquefield.com and I never received my package. I contacted customer service and they offered a five dollar coupon to use in the future. This was not going to satisfy my request for a refund. I then requested a refund they said that I needed to check with my local post office at neighbours which I've done both. My third reply from them was a photo of packages which had someone else's name and address on them which I explained that they were not mine. They were not listening and they were not doing anything about my missing merchandise. Do not order from this site as you may or may not receive your overpriced crap from China. Do not order!

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
