I ordered several items for my wife for Christmas. Although the order took quite a long time to arrive, it finally made it. The quality, for the most part, is okay. Stuff is not too expensive so, as they say, you get what you pay for. One of the dresses however came and had a ruined elastic band and no tags (CLEARLY WORN AND USED BEFORE). I went back and forth with emails to customers service and all they finally offers was 30% off my purchase price. I told them I either want an exchange or a refund and it has been 3 days now with no response. Buy somewhere else with a more reputable company where they back their products and put the customer first.
Not sure of the sizing, I'm a small and stuff was still too big. A couple items are poorly made/not sewed correctly/coming apart (I haven't even worn them yet!)

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
