We were excited to find all the book we needed. Paid for everything and most of the books we ordered were cancelled and the money was returned. The ones we did get were great, but too much hassle for the classroom.

I really wanted to love this company because of the cheaper prices I've found on their books. Their customer service is majorly lacking - taking a long time to respond, despite stating on their website it would be x amount of time. I ordered the incorrect book, and they wouldn't let me send it back - Didn't want a refund, just wanted to go ahead and get that out of the way and send back. Slightly silly if you ask me. The hardest part with this company is the shipping times. I would only order from BooksRun if you had at minimum a week to wait on the book.

Checks for the books came quickly and they communicated well. We did have some books they thought were not in as good of shape as we thought using their condition guide, but for the most part our outcome was very positive.
