I was offered one price for my book. I wasn't able to ship the package by the required date so I re-did it. Booksrun changed the offer of my book and made it $10 less. I missed the shipment by 1 freaking day and they take $10! I won't use them again. It's not like they really pay a good price anyway, they purely offer pennies.

One of my books was marked as counterfeit (the only book that really had value of course). I reached out to BooksRun to get more details. It said 3-5 business days or whatever, that was like a month ago. Still no update on the book. I would not recommend this company, you are better off just donating the books.
