It was fast and easy and convenient. The books came quickly and in great condition. The price for these hardcover books was incredibly cheap compared to other booksellers.

When the shipment arrived, the box was damaged and we only received 17 of the 24 books that I ordered. Books came in a box much bigger than needed which caused damage in shipping. Need a refund or replacement of the books not received in original shipment.

I buy something from BookOutlet almost every time I get on there. They don't have quick shipping but overall it isn't a long wait. Especially when you consider their prices. LOVE LOVE LOVE them!

I loved the price. The packaging could have been much better. There was no filler in the box so you could tell the books shifted a lot in transit. None were damaged, but they the covers were scuffed. I have no way of knowing if this was done during shipping or not. Box was starting to open. It could have been from all the books shifting around inside.

Excellent experience this time, and every time! I've ordered dozens of books and they're always in perfect condition, packaged extremely well, and arrive sooner than I expect.

Easy ordering, quick service. I wanted two different books that aren't always easy to find. They had them both and I received them in good shape.

Book Outlet had the books I needed when I needed them. They shipped promptly and I received them in good order and on time. I would refer any friend to Book Outlet anytime for their book needs..

I'm not sure if there is a new CEO or something, but book outlet made some changes to their website and packing standards that are NOT positive. My books used to arrive with some paper padding to keep books from getting smashed around, but they stopped doing that and now any loose hardcover books tend to beat up the paperbacks and smash covers in transit. They also made it so you can't see how many books are available above 25, which is just annoying if you're living on a budget and want to buy books you might miss out on first. It used to be one of my favorite features of book outlet that you could see how many books were left in stock, but not anymore. Additionally, they've made wishlists almost useless. I loved being able to separate my wishlist and easily see all of the books, but now they're all smashed together and impossible to navigate.

Its so fun to browse the site and look al all kinds of books. I was able to find some interesting reds for not only myself but for my kids(2-11). The hardest part was having to wait for shipping and even that wasnt bad. Took about a week.

Great prices. Arrived within a few days. There was a mix up on my order and I was missing 1 of my books, but they were super quick about shipping out the missing book! Overallz great experience and will definitely be ordering again in the future!

So I was bummed about 2 out of 3 of my books being damaged upon arrival but I think it was in-transit issue since the box was big enough for the books to slide around in. That being said, when I called (their ticket system wasn't working for me online for some reason) they offered to send a new book for free for the one they had in stock, and for the book they didn't have in stock they issued a refund. The lady on the phone was also super nice!

I received excellent service from this company. I purchased a toddler's book with a music button and sliding pictures. When it arrived the book did not sing and the on/off button didn't work. I emailed the company about my concern. I received an email back within 48 hours. They then preceded to let me know that they were sorry and would take care of the issue. They sent me a replacement book and told me to donate or recycle the book that did not work. I would highly recommend this company!

I really enjoy ordering for bookoutlet, they offer a good selection of books and a great price. However, if you are from Atlantic Canada or the Maritimes just note that they have started using Bonshaw Logistics delivery services. In the past month I have placed 3 orders, one package was lost in Moncton before delivery and the second package was delivered to an incorrect address and I have not received it. Unfortunately their use if this delivery service will hinder any future orders I wish into make.

I ordered a book and paid.
The order and shipping confirmation said 1-3 days.
I tried the tracking they gave me - it does not work.
I tried to get in contact with them - no email address
When trying to message - I had to " draw a ticket" like participating in a lotto.
I filled in a form with name, email and order no
Of course no reply.
I believe those people are fraudulent - are all reviews fake?
To all of you - never - ever - buy anything from The Book Outlet

I ordered books December 1st, still haven't got them. The only thing I know is they are stuck in transit...
