Can get new books for great deals and there's sales/specials, too. I've gotten store stickers on some and was able to peel it off pretty easily so no issues with these coming from stores (basically Book Outlet takes overstock from places and sells them cheap). I don't like how the books are just set in a box with no protection. My last order I received, the box was broken, one paperback was sitting inside the cover of another paperback, the edges of my books were a little messed up (probably from hitting the inside of the box), and there was even an unidentified item in there! I sent a ticket and have yet to hear back. I've included the pictures I sent in my ticket here... Overall, I haven't had any major issues ordering books through this site and will continue to be a customer if I see something I like.
The book arrived with a large scratch on the front and the back cover cut through into several pages. I didn't mind the front but the back was not good.
I just received my order, but it was one book short. I read on-line this could be because the book was no longer available due to inventory issues, which is ok. My issue is I didn't receive any communication telling me that my order would be "short."
Also, would be nice if you offered a faster shipping option other than USPS. I'm sure clients would be willing to pay more to get their order faster.

The books all have black Sharpie-type marks on the edges, and they were to be gifts. They look like used books from a college bookstore. The price was great but I am very disappointed in the condition of the books.
