I heard about this site on tik tok. So I figured I would give it a try. The books available change rapidly so it is always fresh. The prices are well below market value and the option for free shipping is fantastic. I will definitely be ordering through them again.
This site has so many great books to pick from — and you can't beat the prices! Free shipping with minimum order is an added perk!
Overall, the experience was great. However, the box that was delivered to me had clearly split along the side and had to be taped up, presumably by a postal employee. The books were all present and undamaged, though, so ultimately, no harm done. The packaging probably could be made a little more sturdy, though.
It has been great! I've ordered many times and have only had one instance that the books came damaged and costumer service offered to re send them or refund me and told me to donate the damage ones! It has been such a great experience overall.

Packaging was terrible. These are books and they were put in a box easily 2.5 times their size with zero packing material at all. Which means they were sliding around within the box the entire time through transit. Either a more suitable box or package type for the actual products ordered, and/or packing materials to ensure stability and condition of products is needed. There was great risk in receiving damaged products.
I appreciated the discount prices for the books I ordered. I was surprised at how long it took for the books to arrive. The books are in perfect condition.

I am positively surprised by the quality and service. I came across Book Outlet by accident and I am sure I'll stay as a customer.
I was looking for one specific book, which they had. In browsing, I ended up adding another 11 to my cart! They didn't have any of the kids books I was specifically looking for, but I found so many options I hadn't heard of and loved them all!
Delivery was ridiculously long. I expected delivery much earlier than was the case
I was able to find the number of copies of the book that I needed. They were nicely packaged and arrived quicker than I expected!
Just way, way, way too long to receive. And no feedback as to what was going on with my purchase. I would not order here again.

I am obsessed with your website and have never received anything that is even slightly damaged and everything is always incredible quality. My only thing is I wish more new stock was available because I have a lot of items on my wish list that I've never come back in availability. The rest of the deals makes it worth it though. About 95% of my bookshelves are purchases from your website.

It would be great if Book Outlet used a carrier other than the U.S. Post Office. It took 7 days from the time it shipped to receipt of the items. This is why I don't order from them often, maybe once a year.
Usually very good, but this time one of the titles I received was messed up pretty bad, specifically the copy of Wild Cards Book12. Didn't want to go to all the hassle of trying to return for a replacement, especially considering how much longer it takes thanks to the Post office adding an extra 3 days to mail deliveries.

I was disappointed that the books looked used but were sold as new.
The prices are great. Delivery was pretty quick. The only issue I have is that some of the dust jackets were ripped at the edges, the corners of pride and prejudice were white from being bent and one of the soft covers was bent pretty bad.
