Kind and not rushing me.
I tried to make a hotel reservation on the site which they used to hijacker's the hotel site. They charged my card but the dates were wrong. I tried to change the dates and they cancelled my reservation and would not refund my money even though the error was theirs. I made a reservation at the hotel myself and these losers cancelled it too. They still have my money. Stay far away from Bookonline. They are thieves! I'm turning this over to the FTC.
Do not use this service they will book the wrong date and will not return your call to correct and the free cancellation is bogus

The link I clicked to book a hotel online was impersonating the actual hotel website and I did not realize I was booking through BookOnline. The room sizes and rates matched what I had previously reviewed on the hotel website, so I booked quickly and did not realize until after the fact that the website had tacked on NINETY DOLLARS in bull$#*! "tax recovery and fees" and that was my reservation was non-refundable. Unbelievable. I hate third-party swindlers. BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH THE HOTEL.

This additional step is to ensure that our customers review their reservation information, the cancellation policy, and all costs associated with their reservation before they can checkout.
