I got disconnected twice, but once I was on the phone with Tamara she was incredibly helpful and able to assist me with the two reservations I needed to make.
I was cut off mid-reservation and called the Choice number. Melissa was a tremendous help, very confident, knowledgable and very patient.
The attendant was rude and not clear in what she was saying. I had a coupon for 3 free nights any day of the week and would not listen. She also would not let me talk to a supervisor. I will think very hard before I even go to the IP to gamble with this attitude

We had recently moved and I was having difficulties getting the reservation booked called the online reservation number and the representative was very patient and understanding. We were able to get the reservation completed. Thanks again for your patience and understanding.
