Somehow I got transferred to this booking site from my RSVP REWARDS and got charged 80.00 is fees on a 101.00 room. The agent took my member number as if she was writing it down for discount and led me to believe she was from RSVP REWARDS and when I checked in the hotel desk had no idea who booked it and why so much plus couldn't even get reward points. Charged my card and the astronomical fees and I did ask for explanation which I was told the front desk would show me but they had no idea.
