I called To make a reservation over the phone while a severe thunderstorm. Came down while we were on the phone. I am terrified of storms and he stayed on the phone with me. The until I could pull to the side of the road to safety to complete the transaction. I have bad anxiety and he was so kind. Thank him personally from me and he deserves a raise and to be acknowledged for his excellent customer service
