Poor. He would ask a question and as I gave the answer… he would talk over me. Causing me to repeat. Then he gave me the wrong number to the hotel to verify availability as shown on website.
My experience with Jordan was great. He spoke clearly and thoroughly went through each step. He made sure that I knew the price for my hotel rental. He was also very patient with me when giving my information to him.
