After a chaotic day of travel and hundreds of people stuck at dallas airport overnight, I called to see if I could find a nearby cheap hotel where I could sleep for 4-5 hours. Victoria pulled off a miracle and found me a room!

I booked 2 queens and a rollaway bed for 5 people. Got to the hotel and the front desk had no record of the rollaway bed needed. Holiday inn was not going to provide it and would not give another room. I drove 13hours and had my 4 boys in the hotel room waiting for the bed. I was upset because I paid for the room and was told by Caesar that here was no refunds when I booked. I was very upset. The Holiday desk attendant Ali could see my frustration even though I was polite with him. I told him this is a bait and switch and is illegal. They can tell me I am buying something and give me something lesser. He went upstairs and got me a roll away bed that he said they didn't have originally. Either way I was grateful to get the bed but very disappointed at the lack of trust. How can I feel good about getting a confirmation without worrying if I truly booked what I asked for.
