I repeatedly asked for the $139/night room and all that was left was a room for $185. When that room was "booked" before I had a chance to get it the next room That was available was the same size room for $210. Another room

Not realizing I was not talking with the actual motel themselves. When I questioned the price again they told me the $185 was with taxes and fees included. I made the comment about $50 being a ridiculous amount of taxes and fees but needed the room because there were "none left". I thought I was actually talking to Hampton inn the entire time I was on the phone. Didn't realize it was a 3rd party until I checked into the motel and asked for the online price. I was then told there was nothing they could do bc I booked through someone else. This is price gouging! So disappointed that I got scammed. You should be ashamed of yourself for not speaking up when I questioned the price so many times and made it clear that you were not actually Hampton inn but you were an outside booking company and those fees were for your booking the room. A quick read of a required statement being read that I barely understood was clear! The text I received confirming also led me to believe that it was from Hampton inn as the first line read: " welcome to Hampton Inn & Suites".

I was charged twice on my credit card for one reservation. I was double charged and called back and no one can fix it. I have to submit a report so they stole some of my money for another reservation charging me double I am very unhappy. The system sent two confirmation numbers. I told the person that it was sending it twice and I didn't want to be charged twice and he said you won't be charged twice and I have two charges now on my credit card so I feel like no one cares because they just said they can just file a report that they get to keep my money For 24 to 48 hours and I pray that someone calls me back and fix it
