Representative specifically told me this was a nice place, a great deal and that it met me needs for truck/trailer parking. I get here and it's by far the nastiest most run down place I've ever stayed at. They also state immediately that they typically don't allow truck and trailer parking. After I get through with that I get to the room and it's disgusting and has no toiletries in the room at all. The whole place smells of urine and hasn't been cleaned along with the filthy air vents and filter in the wall. I paid for another hotel and I'm taking the loss.
Patrick was pleasant and thorough in his job it's unfortunate that we needed a handicap accessible room on the first floor but because of limited amount of rooms we were uncle to have our request honored. Patrick booked a room with two queen beds on the first floor; hopefully they will be available for us upon arrival. I do recommend the hotel make necessary arrangements to accommodate disabled guests

I've already called 4 times and I cannot get the help I need. I need to schedule a reservation and they keep transferring me to a number. That only allows you to check your reservations instead of helping me book my free night award.
