CLASSIC bait and switch. Very similar experience to a problem that I experienced with Flightforall.
Soon after booking I got an email that there is an issue, I call, and they say that they can't do those tickets but seats in the main cabin are available at more than twice the price!
Meanwhile the tickets I could have had at a reputable booking agent have increased in price or are gone.

bookmyairtravel.com is very dubious air ticket booking agency. I booked a ticket on the site after it was shown on Farecompare that bookingmyairtravel had the best price for the ticket. After I completed the booking the site stated that the booking confirmation is not a ticket that they needed to review by visa card before issuing ticket. Later in the day I got a call from their agent stating that they sent me an email to notify me to call them as they put my booking on hold. The agent stated that the price of the ticket has gone up that I have to pay for the ticket based on a quote he was giving me or they would cancel the ticket. He pressured me to accept the new quote which I refused and told that I have to make an informed decision by comparing his quote with other booking agencies. To my greatest surprise, the quote the agent was giving me was actually more expensive than other booking agencies for the same ticket

Secondly I was on hold for another another 39 minutes before I could get an agent on phone to cancel the booking as they have no option of canceling on their website.

Pls beware of this dubious business!
