I bought tickets from Washington DC to Bangor ME from their website.
I received an email with confirmation from them same day, but after few days they cancel my tickets and sent me an email that we canceled your tickets no charge.
I had to go and buy double price ticket's straight from airline.
Their excuse was that American Airline for that roundrip was full. A Big lie!
Because I purchased the same tickets only more expensive!
So the flights were not full.
But something fishy is going on.
Because after getting my confirmation they were not suppose to cancel on their own.
Bottom line the worse company in our country. Do not Trust these people.

This happened twice with me
After charging my card and giving me confirmation, next day they called and wanted to charge me more giving me silly (Oh the airline increased the fare) I even called the airline personally myself, they said I have to deal with the agency that did my booking
The agent at book my travel was literally pressuring me if I did not agree to paying more he was ready to cancel my booking, I even asked to speak to the manager, the Assistant told me they have No manager available, and have to decide ASAP … after having confirmation, they want to rip people worst site please do not do business with them

This company is scam please stay way from this company and also it 4 people work in this company all of them fraud please don't take the ticket from this company

Scammers tried to sell us a ticket for $300 and ended up threatening us that if we didn't pay the full $900 we would lose the ticket. Liars, scammers DO NOT BUY HERE

Worst agency by far I bought my ticket twice and have not Received a confirm from them and when I call the try to give me a outrageous price for the same flight they don't update there app so you book it and you think your getting a good price but all they say its a old price but they don't update there prices so you book and you SOL Fthis guys F. F. f.

Used Bookmyairtravel for years for flights and they are nearly always bang on. Love its alert system when prices change. Appreciated recent exchange when I thought I had found an anomaly, Juan was courteous and friendly in his responses.

I made my booking with this agency after reading a lot of positive negative reviews online thinking lets give a try. I travelled from Frankfurt to istanbul and United flights were operated by Turkish Airlines and they had a different reference number which being an airline, they were not able to find on there system and they did not let me take the flight from departure gate. Worst experience with Turkish airlines. But later i spoke to Book my air travel customer service team and they helped me to get different/next available flight. Now, if i saw this in my point. I was kicked out by Turkish Airlines but it was Book my air travel who helped me going out of the box.
I received Five star service from an agency whom i thought to skip at my first thought.
Whom so ever who is looking for a review before going further with Book My air Travel.
I Blindly advise to go for it.
