La pire compagnie au monde, il affiche des billet d'avion avec des prix tres allechant, une fois que vous payer ils vont vous contacter 1 semaine avant votre voyage pour vous aviser que le billet n'a pas pu etre imprimé et que je suis sur la liste d'attente est que je n'ai aucune certitude de pouvoir monter dans l'avion, ils ajoutent a cela que la billet n'est ni modifiable, ni annulable, ni remboursable d'une maniere tres agressif, et qui faut rajouter des centaines de dollars pour etre sur d'avoir notre billet et vous mettent la pression en vous disant que si vous faite pas la transaction maintenant les prix vont encore augmenter par la suite. NE VOUS FAITE PAS AVOIR. J'ai par la suite contacter ombudsman et ma carte de credit pour leur faire part du orobleme ils ont annuler la transaction. 5 minute plus tard je recoit un appel de la meme personne qui est au Pakistan pour me dire que je vais perdre mon argent et que je suis juste un CON. J'ai dis que j'Ai pris mes disposition et quil vont avoir de gros soucis. Apres avoir eu peur j'ai recu un email me confirmant que mon billet a ete annuler et que j'ai ete remboursé. FLIGHT
If I could give this company zero stars I would, I have regularly booked discount airline tickets and never had such a negative experience before or been treated so poorly by so called customer service.
I was looking for discounted airline tickets to London, UK and this business popped up with tickets for a great price, So I booked two for my husband and I. I immediately recieved an e-mail saying my booking wasn't yet confirmed ( that was fine) and then I immediately received another e-mail stating, that " Book My Airtravel" had been trying to contact me about my booking? That was not true but the email had a number it asked me to call which I did. That's when things rapidly deteriorated. I spoke to someone who said his name was, " Phillip Anderson ", I'm not sure if that's true or not. He told me that there were some major restrictions on my flight because it was a discount flight and he wanted to let me know what the restrictions were before I decided if I wanted the tickets or not ( That's never happened before but I was OK with it). First restriction, no refunds if I cancel the ticket ( I have heard that before, so ok), second restriction, I can't book any seats ( ok, not a deal breaker), third restriction, I can't take any luggage, that's when I said, " wait a minute, we're going to Europe for 3 weeks we have to take some luggage this isnt going to work, I dont want the tickets." If I was dealing with an honest, reputable company, that would have been the end of it but no, "Phillip" then decided to tell me that wasn't an option my tickets weren't refundable and I had to accept the restrictions and tickets but not to worry because he would talk to the airline company and get me a great deal, that's when I realized that "Book my Air Travel" was about to try and scam me about the so called discout tickets I had just purchased. "Phillip came back on the line about 5 minutes later to tell me (as I expected) that the airline company would allow baggage but I would now need to fly on a different day, to a different airport, with a lay over ( I had booked a direct flight) for just $1000 more dollars., wasn't that a great deal! Needless to say I refused and that's when "Phillip" and his supervisor became more and more threatening, refusing to allow me to cancel a booking they had just sent an email about stating it wasn't yet confirmed and insisting I had to take the alternative flight to a different airport etc. for a lot more money or risk losing the $1500 original price I had already paid altogether. My husband and I were not sure where we stood because this has never happened to us before so as I tried in vain to reson with " Phillip" my husband called the credit card company and we cancelled our card with their help as they agreed that we were being scammed. Eventually when " Phillip" and his supervisor realized they were not going to be able to bully me into agreeing to their ridiculous offer they hung up on me. Later in the evening I did receive an e-mail from the company saying they had cancelled my reservation without cost ( But I know that was only because I didn't give in to their intimidating behavior.) At one point " Phillip" even threatened that if he wanted to he could just charge my credit card whatever he wanted to and there was nothing I could do about it. This was for sure the worst treatment I have ever received from an airline booking company and I strongly recommend that people take their business elsewhere. This company is not honest!
