I tried calling singapore airlines and my call was rerouted to Booking Ace on 30/10 - Time 03:56 PM PST and the agent answered my Call, he transferred my call multiple times to the manager and i spoke to the manger after the conclusion they informed he will cancel my Singapore airlines booking and rebook in Scoot airlines with the same fare and everything would be same as the previous Booking.

The Agent informed me I will get a booking in 30 Min. Nothing was received with the reference number. I checked in scoot airlines and found the ticket he booked had no baggage, no food no seats, nothing.

I tried calling scoot customer care multiple times today and all they informed was unable to track the Booking, you did not call us yesterday some even disconnected as wrong number.

This company uses the old bait and switch technique for their business, I am surprized that they are still in business. I booked my flights and was told my son called and cancelled the flight. I don't have a son! Then I was told that the airline could not confirm my tickets but that I could pay more than double for the same flight. This company should be investigated for fraud. I give them NO stars

Very unprofessional. Had a feeling I was getting scammed and should've hung up. After continuing with the booking I contacted airlines to confirm the ticket was real. It was but booking ace charged me $206 more Than the receipt the airline sent me. DO NOT USE this company

They offer you a good price, send you a confirmation that's not true. After that they tell you can't have the tickets for the price, so you have to pay more, if no you lost the previous money you paid. My was $688.72 after $1165

The worst company, customer service is trash plus they wanted me to pay over $800 above the $301 ticket I bought. Do not buy from them, they are going to scam you.

This is a scam, they offer a really cheap flight, and them once they charge you 350 usd, you got to pay 600 usd more, THEY ARE SCAMMERS (NO COMPREN ACA ES UNA ESTAFA)

I booked 3 tickets for a direct flight end of May. I got the same message everyone else did that you need to call to confirm. I called and was very hesitant to find out that the extra amount I was charged was to for my carry on to be included in my ticket...Guess what it was still for basic economy for no carry on. Now I'm fighting with them for a refund they told me was processed the day before my flight so I could pay my checked baggage. I would NEVER USE them again. It's been a run around process, and I even asked them before the confirmation I was hesitant, but Shane reassured me it was good, and he was taking care of all my needs...Well you can see where this is going. Also then we were told this could be a stand by flight.

They will give you a quote. Charge your credit card and then they will call you with a "dynamic change" increasing your price.
Its a scam to get you in and get your credit card info. Check all the reviews. They are basically the same
