Justin Brown was very patient and helpful in locating me and my family a ticket at the best deal and price to the time frame in which we requested. He contacted us every step of the way and explained clearly and precisely every step and he even went went as far as to seat each individual next to each other although a extra seat was purchased at the end of the process.

SCAM!Do not book with them.Same experience as all the other reviewers. I received an email after I paid saying that my flight is not confirmed and I have to call them. Thay changed my flight and asked for additional payment, when I cancelled it, they told me that there is no guarantee that they will not return the money.

I tried calling singapore airlines and my call was rerouted to Booking Ace on 30/10 - Time 03:56 PM PST and the agent answered my Call, he transferred my call multiple times to the manager and i spoke to the manger after the conclusion they informed he will cancel my Singapore airlines booking and rebook in Scoot airlines with the same fare and everything would be same as the previous Booking.

The Agent informed me I will get a booking in 30 Min. Nothing was received with the reference number. I checked in scoot airlines and found the ticket he booked had no baggage, no food no seats, nothing.

I tried calling scoot customer care multiple times today and all they informed was unable to track the Booking, you did not call us yesterday some even disconnected as wrong number.

One of the worst customer service

At first I was really frustrated with a misunderstanding of my tickets but this customer service agent managed to calm me down and explain to me the process. He made my booking much better and less confusing. Justin thank you for my day of craziness and despair from car rental, to hotel that day and you having the patience to give me a great deal. My apologies.

I booked round-trip flights from New Jersey to Oregon for three passengers. Justin Brown was extremely helpful and patient in finding the flights I wanted; there was a problem with our seating assignments, but Justin worked out the details very satisfactorily. I don't travel too often, but would use Bookingace again and would refer others to your website (and I would definitely tell them to ask for Justin Brown).

This company uses the old bait and switch technique for their business, I am surprized that they are still in business. I booked my flights and was told my son called and cancelled the flight. I don't have a son! Then I was told that the airline could not confirm my tickets but that I could pay more than double for the same flight. This company should be investigated for fraud. I give them NO stars

My experience: Essentially you book a flight at a bargain price and it seems all and good until they call you at a later time saying that "oh your flight couldn't go through, we need to rebook your flight". They then try and "rebook" your flight and the price goes up to something more like the market value of that flight. Basically a baiting scam but not sure if they actually steal your card information. Definitely do not book from them though.

Just booked 4 round trip tickets from MSP to Miami for 1,600. Then they called and said it would be 2,000. Don't trust the prices on the website. Fake News

The customer service rep was outstanding as far as helping me with flight informations.

After I gave them my card number I was sent an email saying that I had to call them, when I did I was told that I had to pay more.
When I asked to cancel they said only a portion could be returned.
I usually check reviews before committing, this time I forgot.
Scam artists 100%.

They advertise clearance prices, and once your credit card number is safely in their hands, will notify you that "unfortunately they couldn't secure seats at that price but since you are their luckiest customer they can give you seats for a modest increase".
Super shady, rehearsed scripts, will have to keep an eye on my credit card for fraudulent transactions moving forward.
STAY AWAY!

I had to reschedule a flight that never got confirmed and Justin was wonderful in getting us a new flight, being courteous, and very helpful and understanding. Everybody could learn from Justin's professionalism and kind mannerisms.
