This company is a complete fraud. They take your credit card info and then send you a "booking confirmation" but the flights that you signed up for are not available. They then try to upsell you. COMPLETE AND UTTER FRAUD STAY AWAY!

This agency is a scam! DO NOT BOOK FROM THEM! They will put a lower price and once you book you will receive a email saying that the booking is not confirmed and will charge you for a higher price and then say your flight is on standby! ITS RIDICULOUS! I kept telling them to cancel my reservation and they were saying that they couldn't because my card wasn't charged! A SCAM DO NOT BOOK THEM AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Attempted to purchase using bookingace.com and had poor experience. My purchase attempt time was at 431pm and it came back with error message on the screen after I input my credit card info for the round trip flight. My chosen flight was listed as a Round trip for a price that supposedly was Fare+Taxes together. I thought it hadn't gone through after the error message but then saw an email was sent from bookingace.com labeled as BOOKING CONFIRMATION and in the body of email it said "Thank you for booking…Your booking is not yet confirmed due to some dynamic changes in the availability…" At 511pm, I received a phone call from a bookingace.com "customer service" rep who proceeded to try to manipulate the conversation as he tried to make me confirm that I would accept the changed flights and significantly increased price. I would not confirm the changes and increase of hundreds of dollars. So he tried to say that I was cancelling and it was subject to $200 fee. Then he said if I confirmed that I might have a chance at a refund! Do NOT confirm if that is not the price and flight you want. He tried to tell me that the cost I saw with my email from the website was only for a guaranteed return flight and I had to pay to get a guaranteed departure flight! I mean he tried everything to spin this. It was ridiculous. Stand your ground. There are other websites similar to this that I have used and had better service and success but NOT this one. Hopefully, this will not be your experience but beware if you notice similarities.
