I am so happy to have found this website for booking. Mike was super helpful and patient as he helped me find the best deals during peak season.
I was using Bookingace.com for the first time and I got a good offer also. The team is well aware of their role and responsibilities and well experienced in customer needs and service.
This website is so easy to book flight and customer support is also good.

I found their guides to be comprehensive and informative. Bookingace is my go-to platform for all my baggage-related queries.

I tried calling singapore airlines and my call was rerouted to Booking Ace on 30/10 - Time 03:56 PM PST and the agent answered my Call, he transferred my call multiple times to the manager and i spoke to the manger after the conclusion they informed he will cancel my Singapore airlines booking and rebook in Scoot airlines with the same fare and everything would be same as the previous Booking.

The Agent informed me I will get a booking in 30 Min. Nothing was received with the reference number. I checked in scoot airlines and found the ticket he booked had no baggage, no food no seats, nothing.

I tried calling scoot customer care multiple times today and all they informed was unable to track the Booking, you did not call us yesterday some even disconnected as wrong number.

One of the worst customer service

The worst company, customer service is trash plus they wanted me to pay over $800 above the $301 ticket I bought. Do not buy from them, they are going to scam you.

Same experience as all the other reviewers. Thought I had a flight 'confirmed' only to get a call that they could not ticket one of my flights at the agreed upon price ('sold out') and that they'd have to book me a different (and obviously more expensive) ticket.

They'll show a cheap price, get all ur sensitive info and card #, & send u an email with a non confirmed flight. They ask you to cal back to confirm. They will offer other flights which all are way more than the original one you wanted to buy. When you say you want to cancel, they will put you on hold and ask to wait but then tell you that's all they could "grab" for you. I said I wanted to cancel and they said they'll have to contact the airline to cancel with them first. They said they'll cal me back within the hour to confirm cancellation but obviously never did. Contact your credit card provider immediately and alert them of this fraud! Stay away from this corrupt bait and switch company. I should file a complaint with the BBN.

SCAM!Do not book with them.Same experience as all the other reviewers. I received an email after I paid saying that my flight is not confirmed and I have to call them. Thay changed my flight and asked for additional payment, when I cancelled it, they told me that there is no guarantee that they will not return the money.

Booked flight at a certain price. They sent me via email a "Booking Reference Number" quickly. On the reference number I read where it said in fine print that my booking was not confirmed yet, and that I needed to call their 888 number to confirm. I called within 3 minutes of receiving the booking reference email. After giving the phone representative my reference number, she told me that the price was no longer valid, and that I would need to accept an upgrade to the flight or an alternative flight. The offered alternative was $300 higher than my booked reservation. I immediately asked for them to cancel. Pure scam!

After I gave them my card number I was sent an email saying that I had to call them, when I did I was told that I had to pay more.
When I asked to cancel they said only a portion could be returned.
I usually check reviews before committing, this time I forgot.
Scam artists 100%.

These guys are a scam! They find flights, let you think you booked them, take a payment and then give you a booking number to confirm. Then, they send you an email that they can't confirm your selection. When you call their customer service, they talk in circles and give you some line that your now on a standby flight and they need more money to reserve a dedicated seat on a different flight to get you where your going. What a joke! Kayak should be ashamed of themselves for even offering up this as an option on their "comparable" website.

They advertise clearance prices, and once your credit card number is safely in their hands, will notify you that "unfortunately they couldn't secure seats at that price but since you are their luckiest customer they can give you seats for a modest increase".
Super shady, rehearsed scripts, will have to keep an eye on my credit card for fraudulent transactions moving forward.
STAY AWAY!

I don't want to give them any stars, but since you have to rate them, I gave them the lowest star. This company posts cheap flights and then when you try to purchase online, you get 50 million phone calls to basically upgrade the flights and to be told that the international flight that you booked for Delta Airlines will not allow you to bring any bags other (not even a carryon) and that you will not be able to add any bags later. Why post rates that are low and then try to upgrade to the regular price. I dealt with Shane Pal-Sale Account Manager and he sucks. Stay away from this company!
