I tried calling singapore airlines and my call was rerouted to Booking Ace on 30/10 - Time 03:56 PM PST and the agent answered my Call, he transferred my call multiple times to the manager and i spoke to the manger after the conclusion they informed he will cancel my Singapore airlines booking and rebook in Scoot airlines with the same fare and everything would be same as the previous Booking.
The Agent informed me I will get a booking in 30 Min. Nothing was received with the reference number. I checked in scoot airlines and found the ticket he booked had no baggage, no food no seats, nothing.
I tried calling scoot customer care multiple times today and all they informed was unable to track the Booking, you did not call us yesterday some even disconnected as wrong number.
