No response still waiting 25 days tried calling several times they where supposed to call back still no responce I think the whole site is a scam do not buy They got my money and I still have to order parts elsewhere. When I ordered on may 6th the site said in stock then after a couple of days one part was not in stock so instead of shipping the part they say was in stock they wait until the other part comes in, now here it is 3 days after the part was supposed to be there I have not heard anything I dont believe for an instance it has anything to due with covid unless your whole staff is infected and if that is the case should you still be selling products and spreading it. Get off your duff and send my order or give me a reasonable reason as to why it takes 24 days to ship something you said was in stock when i ordered it.
They currently can't get parts from China. They say they are in stock, but are not. I called several times and was always around 190 in waiting line. They don't respond to emails because they know they can't deliver. DON"T ORDER PARTS HERE> I can't even cancel my order. Thanks for taking everyone's money.
Paid for faster shipping. Emailed them to cancel, they sent me a tracking number. That number shoes it was never delivered to UPS, just a label was printer. BAD PEOPLE. RUN AWAY

Well, first I ordered parts that according to the website were all in stock. Then got an e-mail saying it would 7 days until one part was available, so I waited an extra week. Then the order sat at BOATS.NET for an additional 8 days before it was shipped. It's been over three weeks and I still don't have the parts. Sent two e-mails, none were returned. So I wait, but I will never use them again! BTW, I found all the parts IN STOCK and cheaper with faster shipping on a different website.

Ordered a few parts, paid extra for faster shipping. Immediately received an email stating pandemic is slowing things down, understandable. Took 5 days to ship. Got around to installing the parts and one was bad, sent an email that took a week to get a response on, but was positive, they were going to ship out another. 15 days later, I received notification it has shipped. So, I ordered the parts to get on the water, a month later I am no closer. No issues with customer service, issue is with time. A month says they are completely overwhelmed or they are selling what they don't have in stock.

May 10 ordered parts. Auto email says may be 2-3 days delay. OK Coronavirus - understandable. Next day, email received: one part not in stock will have on May 13. Next day, new email, same part - say they will have it on May 14. May 15 - 19 no change, no shipment, no communication. I send an email and get an auto response that it may take 3-4 days to get a real response but here's a phone number if you really want to talk to us. I try to call the number and they are closed except very limited hours. Fine I try again after 10 am and the auto phone system says I am #125 in line. Auto phone system offers option for them to call me back when it is my turn. I try that but it doesn't respond. I wait 20 minutes and I have moved from 125 to 111. I am at work, I can't wait any longer. Of course they are only open in hours that I am at work. Tried a few more times to reach them by phone - no way to get someone on the line. I have sent them THREE Emails asking them to cancel my order. I have picked up the parts locally and don't need them anymore. Nine days now and they have NEVER responded to any of my emails. Yesterday they send an email that my order has been shipped. This is not just REALLY BAD SERVICE, it is CRIMINAL and FRAUD. They are not even trying to deliver parts within the time frame they claim. How can any company operate a website that takes your credit card and then prevent any communication from customers? I had a good experience with this company a few years ago but I will never use them again. Consider yourself warned.

12 days in and not one person can give me an idea when my parts will ship! Horrible customer service! Supervisor too lazy to see how many orders are in front of mine? The parts are all in your own warehouse and have been from day one! Not one other business has treated me and my business partners like this. You should have warned everyone you laid all your employees off in your warehouse instead of making excuses that are not true, having customers waiting forever with no darn idea of when anyone will get around to shipping my parts!

I won't be doing business with this company. I have a new marine repair business and was hoping they were going to be one of my suppliers. I placed an order on May 7th and other than receiving a notice that shipping would be delayed 3-4 days, I have heard nothing. It is now May 19th and my order has not been processed, they won't return my email's and the person I finally talked to at boats.net could give me no answers or look into why it has not been processed.
I will call tomorrow and cancel the order and receive my refund.
PS: there was no delay in them taking my payment. I am very disappointed with there professionalism.

Purchased part to get here faster than the dealer since it said 2 day shipping it's been 2 weeks and it didn't get shipped out. Called serval times and lines were full, left extensive emails on to just cancel my order and do get into contact with them until the day after, after sitting on hold for 40 min(said 15min) just for him to tell me that they just shipped and cannot cancel. Terrible customer service and way they do business, took the money out day of and didn't take any action, scammers

The manager that I spoke to yesterday would not help me get an order that was 11 days past and still wasn't shipped due to back ordered part. He told me it was at the warehouse and he couldn't due anything to help. He wouldn't call on my behalf and expedite my long over due order. I explained that my customer was mad and about to take the repair somewhere else. He didn't care. At the end of conversation of me pleading for some help, he said to me " if I see your order around I will try to get it going." Just wow! If you research my purchase history you can see it's extensive. If I lose this customer over this you will lose a customer! I have been paying for expedited packages, but there is no hurry on your behalf. But if I don't pay the expedited shipping they hold the order up even longer. Your shipping department has gone down hill in the last 6 months. SIM Yamaha is looking better every day!

The site navigation is easy and the product presentation is fine. They sent my order out right away, which is important if you need to be out on the water. The price of my part was on par with other places. It just hurts to have to pay so much to ship such a tiny item.
