All was fine. Biggest issue I have is that you ship something weighing less than 2 ounces, costing about $5, and you charge you me $8+ for shipping...no expediting, just UPS who dropped it with USPS. Pretty crappy.
I've purchased quite a few parts from them over the years. The site is pretty easy to navigate but they can be painfully slow to ship and don't have many of the items in stock. Often times once you place the order, you'll get updates stating the arrival of the item they don't have keeps getting pushed back. Not really what you want to hear when you want to get the repair done so you can get back on the water. If you email customer service about it, their response is usually not filled with care or concern. Next time I think I'll look elsewhere.
Ordered what I thought was a pair of battery straps with the description "strap battery 2" but I only received 1 strap. I needed 2 to hold the battery securely. When I contacted company, they said I needed to order and pay for another one if I wanted 2.
I ordered a trim motor for a 2018 Yamaha f90Lb. I gave them all of the motor information but received the wrong part. The return process was easy. Upon calling and talking with a sales rep they told me the part was obselete which isn't correct because I just purchased from another source.

After giving my haul number for an ignition for my boat, I was sent the wrong one. And gave up on fixing my boat, witch lead me sending it to a shop to get fixed... $260 later my boat is fixed.

I purchased the same part twice, the first time the money was deducted from my account and I did not receive any purchase number, the second time I received the account number but did not receive the parts. I contacted Boots Net and they said that the parts were sent, but I did not receive them. Unfortunately I am at a loss, not to mention the problem I had with the customer.

As in the past, I went on; ine to the Boats.net website, quickly found the parts I needed for my Susuki outboard, placed the order, and it was shipped the next day.
Part was 5/8" shorter than the original, which had a broken fitting. Took off the broken end, replaced it with one of the good ends from the new part and it works. Not sure why it was wrong size.
