I Just bought a Garmin 546 GPS on marinescreens. I had not heard of the site before but they had the best price so I decided to go with them. The item arrived 5 days later and I was completely satisfied. I am very satisfied with the communication and quality of the unit. Will be ordering from the site again. The reason for the four stars is while they have some of the lowest prices, their selection is not as wide as a site like westmarine.

I am still waiting for my refund after 3.5 weeks. They are terrible to deal with. Skip this company! Do not order from them. I called the number on my bank statement Daniel answered and passes me on to another number. This company runs multiple companies out of the same call center. They drop ship the products using multiple distributors. My advice is to use reputable well know websites and stay away from Marine Screens!

I have been waiting 4 days now for an overnight package and it's still sitting in the warehouse. It took them 3 days to get a shipping number from ups. If you want something overnight it means you want it now not when they feel like shipping it after it sits for day on the shelf waiting for them to give it to ups. Customer service is useless. Don't waste your time... shop somewhere else. I still don't have my package because it's collecting dust at the warehouse.

This is (apparently) another closet operation from a remote CPU on the internet. The Customer NO Service as they should be termed, can only offer canned statements from their provided talking points. When a business will not offer a more expensive product from a represented manufacturer and instead apply a cheesy 15% restocking fee, to return the lesser product incorrectly selected, is not a serious business. They are simply trying to get their hands on as much money as quickly as they can and go to the next wallet they can infiltrate.

Be ware of this and the other numerous SCREENS they hide behind. Reference: dukatusa.com, even that title has recently been changed, check it out before they change again...

I have been waiting over a month to get my money back from a return. They outsource their customer service and they are basically just there to fob you off. I had to chase endlessly just to be given an address to return to; that took 2 weeks. Now it is another 2 weeks and I still haven't seen my money. I've threatened to report them to the police, of course the outsourced customer service don't care. I doubt I will ever see my money and I will never use them again. Steer clear.

Marnie Screens gets zero stars for their customer service. Do not waste your time and money. Look elsewhere.

I just bought a Lowrance Elite 7 from marinescreens. It had the gold charts preloaded with the transom mount transducer. The unit arrived 3 days later with free shipping! Best price, great customer service. What's not to like. :)

On their site they offer rewards points but they actually don't have a rewards program so you get nothing. Customer support is outsources to another company so you can not talk to them directly. Horrible experience and I would never shop there again.

I placed an online order on Thursday. On Friday, my order status showed "Manual Verification Hold". I called to explain the difference between billing & shipping addresses and was told warehouse would be notified to ship. On the following Tuesday, status had not changed. I called again to explain the two addresses and was told product would be shipped that day. On Wednesday, the status changed to "Awaiting Fulfillment". I called, verified that item had not shipped, cancelled the order and was given a ticket number for reference. I then purchased the product from another vendor. On Thursday, status changed to "Shipped". I called to explain order was cancelled yesterday and to stop shipment. I was told, "Sorry, there is nothing we can do." I then called my bank to dispute the charge. The shipments arrived 6 days later and were both refused... Marinescreens.com had shipped duplicate orders. Six days later, both packages arrived back at the warehouse. I called and was told my purchase would be refunded in 24 to 48 hours. Six days later - no refund - so I called again. I was told the same 24 to 48 hours for a refund and the billing department would return my call in 24 hours. I never heard from them. Finally, 15 days after the order arrived back at the warehouse, my purchase was refunded. Don't be misled by the 5 star ratings elsewhere, their review site would not accept my 1 star review (multiple attempts).

I ordered a Garmin 536 GPS from Marine Screens. The communication was great and I received the unit 5 days later. Even though I hadn't heard about the site, the price was great and turned out that it is a great online store! I'll be coming back!

I placed an order for 1 item that was over $1000, paid $10 extra for "fast handling" or whatever they called it. I called about 36 hrs later to check on it and was told it takes at least 24-48 hours for the order to show in the system and to call back the next day, this was after waiting 15 minutes for a rep. And then 15 minutes initially while the rep checked on the order. I called the next day, again waiting almost 15 minutes for a rep then another 15 minutes while the rep checked. It had not shipped and no reason was given I asked why I had paid for the "fast handling'? The question was ignored, the rep then told me bluntly it "would probably ship by the end of the day" and hung up. I kept watching the order status on line and it never changed, it remained unshipped. I called again with the same wait times and lack of information and after talking to the rep she advised that they were not direct employees, not in the same location as Marine Screens and that info was hard to get from them. After 5 days of not shipping and getting absolutely no additional info except that the item was in stock, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the order while at the same time advising the rep to cancel the order and to send me a confirmation that the order was to be cancelled. She promised to send the cancellation. It never arrived. I was very concerned they were a scam. Finally, 3 days after cancelling the order and 9 days after placing it, I received an e mail that the order had been cancelled. The following day I rec'd a credit back to my card.
The company never did respond to any of my inquiries which I also placed by e mail. They will never get an order form me or any of my friends.
