I ordered a dual controlled dog leash that took 8 weeks to arrive and only after I inquired that I had not received. They sent me a regular dog leash with an attachment to connect to my 2 dogs. Not what was advertised by a longshot. Then you have to pay for return and hope that they will refund. A rip off company. Buyer beware... I recommend you do not purchase anything from this company and hopefully they will go out of business soon.

AVOID. TOTAL SCAM.

Ordered a product 2 months ago. When I asked about the status after 1 month, they responded saying they were waiting on a large shipment, and I'd have it by the end of the next week. Another month goes by. So I sent an email again asking for a refund or delivery of the product. Got the exact same response verbatim. I'm guessing the product will never show up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$.

I ordered the stress cube. After several emails and over a month it finally came. It is cheaply made (bought one from another sight that came very quickly and is much better quality.) and It is the wrong color.
I've tried to get them to take me off their email list as they send several a day and I have not been successful yet.

I bought 2 items from this garbage Co. As Gifts. They came in damaged. The company wants me to send it back with my money to ship back and will refund the cost less shipping. This account to about $7.00 on a sale of $14.00. I should have looked at the reviews before I bought this.

I ordered two of the 10-foot Chargers that had a guarantee no fraying. In two months time mine frayed and my husband's is loose where it connects to the phone. This keeps it from charging. Email them but no response. Not a good company to work with! No more Chargers

First time ordering on FB. After 15 days called them. Said it would be delivered in 5 days. No word from them, no delivery. Called my bank to dispute. Every time I call it says This mailbox is full. By the way, the number showed on my credit card transaction. *******388. Good luck!

We were charged for our order on August 6. It is August 30, and we have not received the order. Contacted Boardwalkbuy for the tracking number, and they said they could not find one. They then asked for a copy of our credit card bill showing the line item charge. We didn't know the company was in Canada. I am calling my credit company today instructing them to not pay this company due to non deliverance of merchandise.

I ordered a "leather" purse. The "vinyl" purse arrived two months later reeking of dead fish! No kidding! I put it in a plastic bag on my porch and contacted them. They are sorry I am "dissatisfied" and offered me 15% off my next purchase! As if I would EVER purchase from them again! Garbage day is tomorrow and the purse will be in it!

This company is the worst in all aspects from customer service, to quality of product and Im being kind in my words. What a joke this company is, believe the reviews, this company does not deserve a positive rating. Don't worry all, this B. S. company will not be in business for long.
Everyone who feels taken from these criminals, keep the pressure on them in anyway possible, I know I'm not done with them.

Yes, I received the item I ordered, however I'd asked to change the shipping address which they said they'd done but didn't. Also no tracking information was provided until after the item had been delivered and so I didn't know which address to check to until after the fact.

I will avoid them in the future. If you can't provide good automated customer service, you have no business taking orders on the web.

SCAM - DO NOT BUY
December 29, 2016

I ordered 8 pairs of mop socks on Dec. 2. I still have not received them as of Dec. 29. I emailed them twice and each time it took 9-10 days to get a response. First email said they were back ordered and I would receive them end of this week. I emailed again and was told I would receive tracking info when they are shipped. They charged my credit card the day I ordered and one month later I have nothing.

They advertise free shipping, free returns, which is FALSE! I got my refund, and $6.50 had been deducted for shipping, and I paid $4.00 to return product, unused, in original package, in perfect condition. $10.50 to return a $33.00 sale... Bogus claims by this company...

Purchased an item, 3 weeks later got a damaged and ripped boxed item that was packaged inside a perfect exterior package, and the item was broken. Would not make right by replacing or refund. Don't waste your money

BOGUS SCAMMERS!

I ordered a product from a similar company. Did not receive product. Did not receive e-mails when requested. Did not return phone calls. They, did, however, try to charge me for the same product, as well as S&H 3 months in a row. I called my bank, received back my money and had my account blocked. When you www some type of advertisement like this; especially posted on FB or on the side type the company into the Google Box, and you will see the reviews. Normally, these are BOGUS companies out to scam. BEWARE!

Zero stars although this site forces you to select at least 1.
My daughter purchased a jacket from them in November 2017 as a Christmas present for her brother.
To date July 27 2018 and after over 20 emails we still have not received the jacket being told that it is on backorder. No refund possible either.
Save your self money and stress and buy elsewhere.

This is one of the least reliable retail sites available on-line. My order was placed on October 18th... and promised in "5-7 business days." More than 20 "business" days later there is no sign of the order. Repeated contacts with the company are met with "in transit" promises. Goodness knows if it will ever get here, but the need for the item has passed! Strongly advise against doing business with BoardwalkBuy.

Total ripoff

I purchased some microfiber slippers from them as an impulse buy. I got 5 pairs and it cost me $50.44 with shipping. Just found the same ones on Amazon for $3 with free shipping. Definitely do your homework before buying from these rip off artists!

Ordered the gold plated card with mahogany box... got the cards no boxes ordered two sets $13.88 each... finally got info to return them but refund will be for cards no shipping which was $12.00... and return postage... but if I keep them they'll give me 20% off next order... somebody smoking some good s#*t in that company... smh...

I bought an item from Broadwalk Buy on 11/30/16. It guaranteed shipment within 24 hours. They charged my Visa on 12/2/16 and 8 days later I have no shipment confirmation or item. I have e-mailed them a few times, but they never answer any e-mails. Their lack of response has led me to believe this is a SCAM company

I ordered Car Phone Charging Holder Stand Mounts for my wife, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted so when I contacted customer service, they were super helpful in assisting with my return. I've been a customer for some time now and I keep coming back.

Excellent company. All they release is just fine. Sometimes it's not all as everyone expects, but still, they are corrected.
