They really do have custom high quality USA made products. On my fourth purchase there was a return issue. I never had to contact them before but I found out it's impossible to speak with an individual in customer service. No one answers the phone and there's no voicemail that I could find. It has to be done by email. So I used email and they responded in a timely manner but refused to resolve an issue that I believed was reasonable.
All I can say is I'm not buying any of their products in the future.

They mock people on their website who buy on Amazon. Yet Amaaon doesn't sell their shorts for over $80 and YOU CAN RETURN ITEMS AT AMAZON!

Don't expect your refund to happen. They did not include a packing slip in my package. I had to go out of town and was unable to print out a return slip from their website and send package within 30 days. I actually overnighted the package to them, once I returned and only missed deadline by a few days. They refused to refund my money.

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts and was excited because I could custom order the length. I am a 6" tall female. I wear a size 12. I followed the measurements exactly as directed to order the right size. When I received them late, without any answers to my e-mail, they did not fit. I measured them and they did measure out to the exact specifics that I ordered. Unfortunately, the 31 inch waist measurement was directly around my hips. There was a very short rise, even though I ordered the "regular" rise and not the short rise. These would have fit if the rise was longer. I sent them an e-mail and never heard back from them. This was an expensive lesson in online ordering. The customer service was non-existent. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Made in USA and not China. Bought 1st pair 13 years ago and other than the cotton Drawcord being a little ragged (understandable) I still wear them in my rotation. Hard to find quality like this these days.

Ordered boardshort with the understanding that it would take up to 12 business days to arrive. Today, was the 9th business day and I had heard NOTHING from the company. So, I emailed asking when they would be delivered.
I was told that the company was out of stock on my item and they were making me a pair. They told me they were scheduled to arrive on the 14th. I questioned this because today is Friday the 11th - the 14th is Monday - but they have not been shipped - so how could I possibly get them?
The company must not have been very happy with my request for assurance that they were on there way. Because they arbitrarily cancelled the order and will no longer respond to my emails.
I even wrote from a different email address to get a response. I got one, it said "this order has been cancelled" nothing more.
Be careful doing business with this company. At least i got my money back.
