Bo+Tee

I absolutely love the Bo and Tee gym wear! Such amazing quality and really lasts years! Unfortunately I received a pair of leggings which were faulty (a part of the seam was damaged and had holes) these things happen. I contacted the customer service team right away provided and evidence of this, IMOGEN and HETTY were very prompt, respectful and so so helpful and sent me out a replacement the very same day! I was very impressed! Love this brand even more now! What wonderful customer service Xx

I was so impressed with the service provided. Very quick and efficient along with being super friendly and polite. I sent my query over on Thursday evening and by Friday morning it had been resolved and I had been notified. The response time was incredibly especially considering we are currently in a pandemic and most companies take longer than usual.
Both Sophie and Leigh were really lovely and are an asset to the company.

Products are terrible quality and they will charge you a £2.99 fee unless you choose store credit. Oh Polly had free returns last I ordered from them and it all comes from the same company. Highly fishy and I would recommend to avoid, unless you want to pay extra just to try on different sizes and styles, may as well go in store somewhere!

This is bad customer service. I cancelled this order because I didn't want to pay over $30 shipping for a $58 product. You told me you refunded me, so I placed another order for over $220 (ordering the same pair of leggings). You told me you refunded me. I will never support your company again. This is awful customer service. Very disappointed

I have ordered from this company numerous times. Their products are great quality, and true to size. However, the most recent package I ordered was never delivered. I opened an investigation with Bo + Tee AND the shipping company, and neither have come up with an answer or replaced my items I paid almost $100 for. Now Bo + Tee won't even respond to me. I've emailed 3x in 2 weeks and can't get a response or a resolution. I guess I will dispute the charge since the items weren't received. Unfortunate.

I LOVE Bo and Tee! I recently made a purchase and unfortunately had an issue with one of my orders, I contacted customer service and Shania sorted everything out very quickly and professionals, compared to other companies I've used Shania was very kind and polite and didn't make me feel like I was in the wrong like some company's do. Still a loyal customer Thanks Shania! X

Their customer service is incredible!
First of all, I've made an mistake of ordering wrong size. I've realised immediately and looked up their website. Their Q&A was helpful that it was easy to find an email to request. After writing them an email, they have responded me just in an hour and kindly changed the size! Amazing! Cannot wait to receive the parcel xx

Before I write this review! Be AWARE TO GET SCAMMED has anyone else had this experience? I contacted my credit card company and they are going to try and get money back. I will post this in other social media as Well so people be aware.

My package got lost in the wind. And I reached out to customer service, and they are excellent, they have helped me and guide me through all this unfortunate experience, and the process for recovering my item, step by step. Ms Annie and Ms Aimme are the best. Hopefully with their help and customer support, this whole nightmare will be over soon. Thank you so kindly for all you do Ms Aimme and Ms Annie.

Recently purchased an outfit from boandtee. Beautiful clothing but the outfit was the wrong size. Contacted customer service and they responded immediately and helped me out with my exchange. Caitlin was lovely and super helpful!

Clothing is of nice quality, fun colors, however sizes run a bit bigger than I'm used to (I'm 5'3,130lbs with a waist of 33 inches), I ordered medium but should have gone with small or x-small.

Once again Bo+Tee's customer service is unmatched. I ran into an issue with my delivery and the team was incredibly quick to get it resolved. Emily was super efficient and helped facilitate a refund for me right away. Wonderful experience. Thank you!

They don't have an option to view your cart. You can only check out. So annoying that this is not a feature on the website. Accidentally made me misorder. Also, they sent me the wrong item, and they never reached out back to me. Disappointed. I had to reorder the correct item I wanted, and they haven't even gotten back to me about the exchange policy.

Great products as well as customer service. Leigh & Yasmin and helped me with a query I had, both were incredibly helpful, polite and got back to me really quickly.

Would definitely order from Bo + Tee again.

Ordered $800 worth from this company. It had a security clearance stop and FedEx needed the Company info number for it to be released. It's been 20 days and the email team still hasn't been helpful when they said they would take care of it. It's been sitting at FedEx and has not been moved since Feb 20th. They are not helpful at all. How is the customer suppose to know private information about the company.

I ordered from Boo and Tee but my order was taking longer then usual and I had no
Tracking information. The customer service ladies (shania and phoebe) were great! They responded to me very quickly and answered any questions I had regarding my order!
It was a lovely experience and my clothes were very cute and great quality!

I reached out to ensure that my order was correct and they were very quick about responding back and making sure everything was okay on my end. Aimee was very kind and helped me get what i needed within a day of reaching out. Thank you!

I ordered $144 worth of clothes only to find out that they do not ship to PO Boxes. Nowhere on the website does it say before ordering your clothing to be weary of shipping limits. I tried contacting FedEx and Bo and Tee multiple times only to get a $7 refund. I will not be ordering from this site again. Save your money.

Staff members were so lovely (especially Poppy) when helping with one of my queries. They were super accommodating and quick responding. Item was perfect. Would highly recommend :)

This is my favorite sport brand. I love Everything about it, and their customer service is impeccable.
