I had addressed my parcel to the my place of work were I was temporarily staying. Due to contracting COVID-19 I had to go back home. I contacted them to see if they could redirect my parcel to my home address and they were able to do so for me. They responded very quickly and were very helpful. It was an easy process to switch my old address of accommodation to the new one. Thanks for your help Lucy!

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour in a top that I ordered from Bo and Tee so I emailed to request a change it to the colour I wanted and one of their customer service representatives answered and followed this request through with no problem at all. Hi, I had an issue with an item of clothing I had ordered from Bo+Tee, the logo was stitched on upside down so I emailed the customer service team. I must say I am so impressed with how professional and helpful Graeme, Aimee, April & Bethanie were who dealt with me. They sorted everything out so quickly, I can't thank them enough!
I recently purchased Drayas collection from Bo+Tee and was VERY pleased with the quality. I did however end up missing a few items from my purchase but Alexandra, Alix, and April all helped to make sure everything was squared away and that I received those items. Thank you again and I look forward to purchasing more on the future.

I hadn't ordered off the website before and ordered some leggings and when they came I LOVED them and they were really comfy and flattering however didn't wash well (not sure if it was a bad batch) but when I emailed the lovely ladies Louise, Ellie and Alix they were very efficient in sorting it out for me as well and polite and friendly.
