The ring is beautiful. The process was painless. As the 30+ days drew to an end, the ring went on sale for $500 cheaper. The company would not honor the refund. This saddened me and made the experience a little less sweet.
I have purchased many pieces of jewelry from Blue Nile over the years and had been very satisfied. However the last purchased i made was for a ring in which they claimed that if the sizing was incorrect they would fix it for free. This is what has ended my relationship with Blue Nile because that was completely untrue and they treated my wife horribly when she called to get it sized correctly. I called them myself very aggravated and was blown off by Blue Nile customer service for over a week. When they finally called me back they just told me they would not help me and I told them that I would no longer be a customer. They were fine with that... Unlike Blue Nile, I am a man of my word and haven't purchased from them since, but I will tell you my wife looks stunning in the jewelry I just bought her for our anniversary, her birthday and Mother's day from another provider. Your loss Blue Nile, NOT mine!
I waited way over the recommended time for the package. I made numerous calls to Blue Nile agents to trace the package, to no avail. The package disappeared off grid, then suddenly reappeared. Clearly Blue Nile lost control of the process and the experience was stressful and upsetting as the package arrived after Valentines Day.
A purchase (and eventual return) I made for Valentine's Day was my last from Blue Nile. When I started shopping at Blue Nile, the quality of the products, service, and price were outstanding. I really felt like a valued customer and as a result, I made all my jewelry purchases from Blue Nile. Recently, the quality of the products has deteriorated along with the customer service and price. I was shocked by the low quality and value of the earrings I recently bought (along with the quality of value of other recent purchases) and was further disappointed by how unfriendly the customer service representative was. I don't shop at Blue Nile any more.

I have a marriage function in the coming Sunday but I have not new collections of jewelry for wearing at the time of function. So I am very sad and decided to not attending the function. That time my mom ordered pair of diamond bangles from the bluenile.com site. It was an amazing set of diamond bangles. After got the bangles I attend the function.
What ever you do don't ever trust Blue Nile with a time sensitive important event! They completely will fail you! I paid for a custom ring for my 25th Anniversary and it arrived a week late and Blue Nile DIDN'T CARE AT ALL! This was not my first purchase from them, but it will be my last! Don't make the same mistake!

I purchased a half carat single diamond to replace a lost stud earring. After researching a number of sites, I decided to use Blue Nile to make my purchase. I felt that the amount of information I was able to find about the various grades and sizes of loose diamonds available on the site gave me a lot of confidence in my selection. Prices rationally corresponded to the qualities of the diamonds and while confusing at first, the detailed information allowed me to learn a great deal about how one must prioritize their most important characteristics and compromise on the others.
The only real "issue" was that the diamond I selected would not ship immediately so I did have to wait several weeks for it to arrive. I knew this going in to the purchase so I can't really fault Blue Nile for this.
In the end, I was very satisfied with my purchase and the new diamond (and martini setting also purchased from Blue Nile), was a great match with my remaining stud. I would definitely buy again from this company.
The 7 mm earrings I purchased from Blue Nile were beautiful! However, they are nearly colorless; they could easily be mistaken for large-ish diamonds. When I contacted customer service, they explained that this was the natural appearance of the stone, so against pale skin, they will appear colorless.
I had asked for an exchange, which was handled through "jewelry repair" processes. When it was determined this was the deepest color of aquamarine available in that size in their stock, they returned the earrings to me... but without the presentation case (only in jewelry repair case, an ugly plastic thing.) So I had to call and ask for another presentation box. This arrived promptly, but I missed the opportunity to present the earrings on my daughter's birthday (even though I had ordered them originally a month before the Big Day.)
So, just be aware that the natural color of this stone is VERY pale blue, which isn't very visible against pale skin.
Overall, I love Blue Nileand would do business with them again for any similar purchase.
I purchased a diamond bracelet for my wife for our anniversary. She loves it. The price was great, the quality is amazing and the jewelry arrived on time, in a plain box. Perfect. I had several friends who used Blue Nile and they told me that the jewelry is terrific. I tried the service and found just what I was looking for on the site. I had a couple of questions and used the chat feature to get my answers. It was really easy and fast. Thank you for amazing jewelry at prices that are much better than the mall stores!

Got my spouses ring through this company. I was hesitant, and very unsure on his size so i ordered the ring sizer thing. The size was wrong 2 xs but each time it took less than a 5 minute phone call to resolve! Great customer service!

I Must give Blue Nile a 5 star rating. I have worked in the field of customer service and I was so very important how you treated people that you interacted with on all levels. In this day in age it is a rarity. Something has been lost along the way. But Blue Nile Old School and treats everyone with dignity and respect. Highly recommend them and their product is excellent. I was skeptical to buy jewellery online, but with the current shut-downs decided to give it a try. I ordered a gold band for myself earlier this year. It's sleek and looks amazing. I don't even feel I am wearing it in my ring finger. Quality of the product is great too! I recommend buying from blue Nile. Customer service is quick and amazing too!

The ring she loved it. I planned a whole horse and carriage ride in Central Park with her family and mine with a photographer there. It was a nervous moment but well worth it for the the woman and mother to our beautiful son who deserves the world.

While pretty, they were hard to get on and closing was not great. Sadly, I have already lost one within three weeks of wearing them so I cannot recommend these. Also, did not realize how small they were. I bought them for $500 plus. I tried uploading photos but was unable to do so.

Have purchased several items. Always happy with them. Blue Nile repairs also if one happens to need this service. Recently bought myself a beautiful bracelet and have had many compliments always recommend blue nile.
I purchased a 1,400 platinum men's wedding band from the Tysons Corner, VA location. Good initial service, a bit rushed to be honest, but good overall. When the product showed up, it didn't fit AT ALL and fly's off my finger. I am unaware of a return or resizing policy, but I have a feeling that because the initial service was so rushed, the sizing process was not effective. In way too much of a hurry to move to the next customer.
I purchased these for my wife for Christmas and she absolutely loves them! The diamonds are clear and really sparkle. What I like most is that they have a locking clasp to keep them safe while she exercises. You have to push a little button to take them off! She is super active and they are just the right size for daily use. Highly recommended, you won't regret spending the $$ on them.

This company is amazing and so is my ring. I've been a customer ever since I found these guys about 5 years ago. Their jewelry is excellent and a very good value.
