I was skeptical to buy jewellery online, but with the current shut-downs decided to give it a try. I have now made 4 purchases with blue nile over the course of the last year and will continue to give them my business in the future. The selection is good, and the customer service is excellent. I was unhappy with my first purchase (beautiful piece, just did not suit me) and the return process was quick, painless and cost me nothing. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Nile, I'm very happy with the quality and the experience.
