Customer support is lacking when issues arise. They do not communicate well
Absolute garbage customer service. I had ongoing issues with being blacklisted for falsely spamming email with no explanation given and literally days wasted and thousands lost each time I had to try fix it myself.
Completely useless and obnoxious chat that auto loads.
Account management is a mess.
Domain management is far less intuitive
I know I've come across other frustrating aspects of the new interface, they're just not coming to mind
I have a renewal notice for a domain that has been removed. The domain is not listed here and I have no way to stop the renewal. This is not a good experience to say the list.
