The huge banner ad upon login is incredibly deceptive. You can't opt out and it comes up every time. I fell for it one time. I just want to log into my account without your constant advertising! I am ready to leave Bluehost over this!

Because of a system update that your company performed it left my website down then when we tried to use the backup the website no longer works or functions how it once did. The first 2 people who "helped" me didn't punch in the correct information to get the help that was needed. On my third contact to you guys the help desk guy finally punched in the information needed to help me. Unfortunately it ended up doing no good.

Over and again I have had the same issue unresolved for months and moths. Bluehost, a once caring and excellent company in terms of fairness and customer service, has become a giant dissapointment and I have to move all of my business elsewhere. Three or more chances to resolve my issue have failed.

I've been with Bluehost for a while. Ultrawebsite Hosting is where I hosted and then Bluehost took it over and then stayed as Bluehost. I transfer, when I can, all my clients to Bluehost.

My Debit Card which I used in the past for Bluehost was rejected!

I've never used a Credit Card nor have I ever needed one. I had to borrow a friend's card to pay for my hosting on BlueHost!

This is ridiculous, I'll have to move to another hosting provider next year if you don't allow my bonafide bank's debit card, which I have used on Bluehost without issue.

Complex to log into wordpress. Bluehost has never been able to help resolve this which means we constantly waste time.
Bluehost has also never managed to resolve an issue with backup of our website.
