Dedication means nothing to you! I've been with you since your domains cost nearly nothing. (Since around 2008)> Now you have jacked everything up so damn high it's ridiculous. Now I have to pay extra for emails? WTH? Everything that once was, is no longer. I will be looking for another hosting service. I can't take your price hikes any longer. You've become so greedy, just like everyone else! Good luck to you when everyone goes elsewhere! Staying with you all these years got me nothing!

I regret to inform you that I encountered a situation where I had paid for a website transfer. Concerned about its expiration, given the site's relative youth, I promptly reached out to customer care for assistance. They assured me that there was no cause for concern and promised to guide me through the process, ensuring that I wouldn't incur any additional charges. However, despite their initial assurances, they ultimately failed to provide the necessary assistance. Consequently, the transfer expired, accompanied by a message indicating that if I wished to attempt the transfer again, I would need to pay once more. As a result, I intend to move my domains to a different hosting service once they expire

When things go wrong, the teams are not helpful in sorting it out and it takes a lot of pushing and time on our side to follow up on every little aspect. Not only did you leave us with no website and emails earlier this week due to errors on your side, but we are still waiting to find out why it happened and how we will be compensated appropriately. We lost business due to this and also we wasted so much time pushing to get everything back online - was not a good experience.

It sure seems like you keep adding things to charge me for, such that I can't keep track of what they are or what they do. The cost of your services has consistently gone up. I will be switching hosts soon. Even if another host does the same thing, at least I'll be better off for a while.

I wish there was more transparency with billing. I'll get suddenly billed for things without warning, and for multiple year terms I didn't agree to. I've tried to look up my subscription status for different offerings on the website, but didn't find the information I needed.

Outside of previews through the site editor, my page does not load. I've tried through more than one browser and at different times. It always says the page is taking too long to respond, even though it is a simple site. I came form namecheap so my expectations were very low I was expecting to be confused and end up with problems like having 3 trials for wordpess creation but this has been so easy and responsive. I've not had to ask customer support for anything so far as all of my questions have had clear documentation or youtube videos or skill share lessons to walk me through I spend so much less time wondering and more time creating here.

The new steps to log in is absolutely tedious. And to have an ad pop up before the log in? After I already pay a lot of money for this service is not what I've paid for. I want to log in quick, easy and safely. I don't need to have advertisement shoved in my face. Quite frankly I've been looking elsewhere last few months and have really wanted to quit your service altogether...not happy customer.

My website is down. When I attempt to open it, I receive several error messages: "Deprecated" then a lot of code. I don't know what is happening as I am paid in full for my hosting account. I cannot reach customer service to get tech support. Frustrated and shocked about it.

Data protection is something you should provide with any service to avoid any legal liability. Other services offer that. And as my business is shrinking, I will have to switch to a provider that doesn't charge for simple automated extras.

The website builder doesn't work

The website builder doesn't work. I can not even change something simple like font color event though there are easy click options to do so. The size of images auto changes alongside text so I can never get the right fit. The contact page doesn't connect up to creative mail even though I've reached out for help from both sides. I have many more issues. I'm trying to build a basic website. I don't need videos a store or anything and it has been time consumer, a waste of money, and an overall loss. I will not renew with Blue Host.

Not great customer support. Keep getting error messages about by SSL, which seems to be fine when checking elsewhere. The wrong email address is connected with the account on your end, but you won't seem to fix it.

Your tech support is terrible

Your tech support is terrible. No one knows how to fix anything. When I contact tech support, they must be helping several people at once. It took them 10 minutes in between responses, and an entire hour and a half to resolve one of the issues.

Wordpress's constantly changing functionality is a disaster. The feature that allows you to type in a keyword and auto-populate links suddenly stopped working, which has made my blogging much more difficult. So disappointing.
