The new site layout obscures what I am looking for. It appears to have been designed for people who are just beginners and don't really understand how things work. For those of us who do know how web hosting works, getting to the advanced features that we really need is much more difficult, to the point of thinking some other site would be better.

I have been in contact many times recently to get website backups working. Last time I was assured the problem was fixed. I still cannot see backups or initiated a backup without an error message. Not happy.

I literally have to click off an add every time I sign into my account. Its by far the most annoying way to push additional services you provide.

Additionally, the UI has changed like 2 times without any reliable warning that things were going to look different.

1. NEED an option to hide chat button (bottom right.) It comes up and beeps loudly every so often, even when it is hidden and I haven't opened the chat.
2. STOP nagging me to buy domain security for my account every time I log in. It's trashy to repetitively try to sell an upgrade -- allow your users to respond ONCE and leave it alone after that.
3. Domain transfer process SUCKS now, takes longer than 1-week when it used to be handled same day.
4. Domain layout is not good. Why are DNS changes not accessible from the Domains section? The layout is not intuitive.

My platform kept crashing and I was uploading content and it kept not staying there next time I checked. I finally contacted customer service that said they will deal with this and months (over a year?) later the issue still persisted.

Don't understand why my Touch ID didn't work today, but it didn't. After I searched for my User ID, found it, then created a new password, all seems okay at this moment. There must have been updates. Signing in seems very different from the last time I worked on my site.

Really appreciate email forwarding being included! Same with admin of multiple sites easy install of wordpress has been fantastic. No viruses or other takeover attempts is probably the most valuable thing to me overall so far.

You have messed around with the layout of the system without warning. It runs substantially slower now.

Your 2 factor authentication system isn't working properly and I had to use the recovery key in order to log in. Just one more piece of unnecessary work.

Your chat bot just wastes space on the screen. It can't answer anything thats not on the menu and has no way of escalating - maybe that's a deliberate design decision to keep your customers in a confusion loop for as long as possible so you don't have to give them any support.

If that's an example of the wonders of artificial intelligence, God help all of us.

Just trying to figure things out - a little too simplistic of an approach for me, but probably great for most users. I'm looking to have segmented management layers, so dns, registration, content hosting not managed by the same entity, which is what your documentation and web actions are geared towards.

I'm still waiting for help on a SIMPLE set up of Wordpress. If I did it manually, it usually takes 5 minutes. The system is so screwed up, it's be elevated for support and it's now been two days. Absolutely horrible.
