The customer service is terrible; that's the only word I can think of. The domain privacy link hasn't worked since I signed up. Every time I call, and I have called numerous times, I get a different answer from each person. Even when I ask for a manager. After signing up with you, I was told that is a huge problem and that's why people switch to another company, which is what I plan to do, soon.
YOUR panel is amazing. Very user friendly. Very easy. Even a person without any knowledge, can do their own webpage in less than hour. Rest is to only loading to pictures and test. You are the best for me. So clear. What ever i am looking there is in the menu and so easy find & understood & figure it out. Even with my limited english.

I've asked for the SSL on my site to be installed on numerous occasions and it hasn't been. The operative, does something but doesn't see it through to make sure the problem is resolved. I need your agents to own the problem until it is solved. I've been asked to start another chat in an hour when a scan is finished, but really I would expect your representative to keep an eye on this and contact me rather than ask me to manage the resolution from my end. It feels like I am going round in circles
It's been a great experience so far. I think things should be a little more explanatory when it comes to basic instructions and being user friendly. For instance, when changing themes, there is no instruction on how each theme is to be changed, and it's very difficult to figure out. An example would be how to change the default pictures for each theme.
Your useless customer service representative had me on hold for nearly an hour to fix something that she couldn't even figure out, yet when I put my mind to it and figured out what it was, took me all of 3 minutes to fix. I will be moving to Squarespace because their editing software is user friendly.
Some points offered at initial purchase were not true. Such as the ability to increase disk space. For this it has been necessary to increase the entire contracted plan. Other providers have that option.
Absolutely shoddy work at every level! Three months after signing on nothing has been achieved. You seem incapable of following instructions so I've wasted many hours trying to communicate - but everything is simply ignored by your "oh-so-creative smart Alecs" who assume that I don't know what I want and they do. You support is awful. I have been misinformed at many stages and if the agent feels I am going to leave them negative feedback they don't issue the feedback survey to keep their ratings high. Very unimpressed as it used to be really good
Confusing interface. Web Builder is a poor tool. Customer service is taking too long to respond (you overwhelm them with too many clients at a time). Overall, just waiting for my subscription to expire and I am outta here.
Still have an issue for over a month with setting up additional accounts for access along with cpanel direct accounts, your support said they are aware and i just hope for an e-mail back...mean while this has delayed transfer of web site...also your account protection/privacy that says.99 per year but you want to bull me $15 looks like someone has trouble with math.
The entire experience has been garbage, random outages, domain randomly parked by you, issues that can't be resolved except by contacting support, 30-minute wait times to get to Indian customer support and very slow response times from there, everything much slower and worse than other hosting providers

I've had major issues with signing in and I have people tell me my website isn't working. I go check and for no reason, my website will not be up. I've been very frustrated with the service chats. It take FOREVER to get through an issue because of the huge delays in them answering back. The conversation is SO SLOW! And half the time, I get no resolution and have to try to find a work around. The last time my ticket never got resolved and even when I asked again, no response. I'm looking for a different hosting platform.
Your renewal pricing is intentionally scammy. You've sent me several deceptive emails trying to trick me into new products. You must not have any faith in your products or service being good enough to sustain a customer base on their own, so I can only assume your products and service must be worse than your competitors. I'm cancelling all my accounts with you today.
Basically, the customer service chat is awful: always ready to kick you off and close the conversation if you just miss replying for a few mins.

It has been a horrendous experience activating Google Workspace to receive emails - 5 times contacting technical support who each claim the problem will be resolved once propagation takes place in 24-48 hours, but the problem of receiving emails still exist.
I had a ton of trouble accessing my account when you made your website updates a few months ago. Lot's of time on the phone with your technical support, multiple times to resolve the issue. Wasted hours of my time. This issues seemed to be resolved by one of your agents telling me to clear my cache before I use your site...every time. I don't completely understand why. But it has worked since I started doing that.
Not the cheapest hosting service at Bluehost but definitely the best service.

I was recommended to bluehost by my developer about 7 years ago and it was a good company but they must have sold or changed management or values two years ago. This has been the worst experience ever. It just doesn't make sense how bad tech support became. I don't know, but it is as if they moved the company to a new country or new dimension. I don't know what happened. Last year - I could't get basic wordpress templates to work - it was amazing. Multiple templates from different vendors.
I am trying to leave the company and purchased a host gator account. My sites have been down three times since January first.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
