You all have the worse service I have ever seen of any kind of business entity I have interacted with throughout my entire adult life. Just count the number of times we have contacted you by phone or through chat.

My website, Lifelinecpa.com, keeps crashing because of server issues. Every time I call you fix it, tell me the issue is resolved, just to have it appear once again the next day. This has happened at least 7 times in the last 2 weeks. When I ask for a solution, the account representative has no clue how it was fixed. It seems like the very representative who blue host clients talk to are not the same as the same people who fix the issue. When I say fix the issue, I meant temporarily. It is a complete shame that I such a huge company permanently resolve an issue for a client that the client has called 20 times about.

My website got completely deleted and now I have to rebuild it from scratch. In doing so, I have been on hold with customer service for over an hour, been disconnected twice, spent 40 mins on the chat without resolution, and no one can seem to find the files from my old website which would help tremendously with the rebuild.

I don't understand why you added a login when I already had an email and two way authentication to login. I was almost locked out of this account and I have been locked out of another account for another website because you guys keep changing the login criteria. What's the point of it being safer if I can't even login because of your stupid policy to continuously change the method of log in?

Domain does not connect

Domain does not connect. On my second call, person said: domain link was "broken" - but she wanted me to fix it. It's a Bluehost problem - see case #. Then she left me on hold for a half hour, no communication indicating the problem could be solved, one check in then for 20 minutes nothing so I hung up. I should at least get an explanation of what was being done. This was my second attempt, my second long wait and second need for tech support but I got nothing. Two days ago I was told the problem was fixed and my domain would be directed to my site. Case #I-*******

Your first page demands a response before your clients can move onto services... where they wish to go. That page is a sales offer and most people will be in a hurry. You present the optional button for a link to purchase in a first position — as large, dominant, first and blue. In order to avoid a purchase mistake you must notice the very much smaller black font beneath the big blue button. It's a nuisance and purposefully deceptive to make another buck. We paid our money... show a little respect and taste. I came to you by choice because I have a higher opinion of you than you seem to have of yourself.

I purchased an account + domain yesterday at 10:30 AM and still have not been able to use it. They had a system glitch when I was creating my account that loaded another domain as my primary.
Unable to remove this myself, I called CS at 10:40 AM and was told nothing could be done for another two hours. I waited more than two hours and called back at 6:00 PM. This time I was told that it would take up to 72 hours for this to be resolved.
It is now 1:30 PM the following day and I am still unable to use my account. I would have gone with another host if I knew the company cared so little about resolving customer issues.

I have not been able to set up my website because this experience has been so poor, I've been led to sites that seem to be the true websites but instead appear to be traps for stealing data. This isn't very user friendly like it claimed to be and honestly I want a refund. I thought I could trust this site because it was connected to my google domain but I 've been wholly dissatisfied with the experience

I can't get bluehost to publish in Wordpress. Spent a long time in chat yesterday with no success, was sent to read articles that don't answer my questions.

That comment was written in the midst of distress. At a distance, it seems clear to me that the Help staff are (1) reading from scripts, not really listening; and (2) parts of a system designed not to solve problems, but to drive users to spend money on the "pro" platform.

Bluehost used to have great customer service with knowledgeable workers. In the space of one month I have called over 10 times to get help resolving the same issue and I have received several different responses every time. This issue is still not resolved.

We already have more passwords and pins than it's possible to memorize and now Bluehost is adding a Pin as well. Additionally this pin doesn't allow for 'repeated numbers' but that means that this pin would need to be different from all others, further complicating the experience. On top of this it used to take between 3-4 clicks to access email but the "updated" site requires 5-6, adding additional layers of inefficiency and frustration to an already wonky online experience.

It's a real comfort to know if I have a problem or issue you can reach out to a real person and solve it. My old hosting service you had to submit a ticket and wait and wait and 1/2 the time didn't get to the issue at hand. If I need help here, it's just a phone call away and 2 times so far, the issues are solve immediately!

Support is not well, they lie a lot of time like yesterday they told me ssl is installed and it will take effect in 1 hour but even atfer 12 hours there is no ssl and this has happened to me before too

Too many internal processes unique to Bluehost
You push and trick users into being the registrar.
This is not good practice in general for people wanting to protect their property.
Also your support is short on knowledgeable staff and quick resolutions and it is long on excuses that make to technical sense.

I would like to express my sincere satisfaction with the attention received from a technical support operator (unfortunately, I do not remember his/her name) during a recent interaction.

I needed to modify the IP address of the "DNS Records" for my website, but I was not clear on the procedure to do so. The operator provided me with exceptional assistance, guiding me kindly and patiently through the process.

In particular, he/she provided me with a direct link that took me exactly to the section where I could make the IP change. Thanks to his/her precise guidance, I was able to complete the task successfully and achieve my goal.

I greatly appreciate the operator's willingness to help me, his/her technical knowledge, and his/her ability to explain the steps in a clear and simple way. Without a doubt, his/her intervention was essential to resolve my problem quickly and effectively.

My customer service rep. Was very helpful. He took time to understand my problem because I was having trouble describing to him what was going on. He respectfully asked clarifying questions and was very patient until he figured out what I was trying to say. He assured me that we'd get the problem resolved and then walked me through the process successfully!

Nobody will help me getting google workspace set up

Nobody will help me getting google workspace set up. I purchased from another vendor and everytime I call or chat, I'm told that I'm required to purchase workspace through bluehost in order for them to connect. That is simply not true as I'm trying to work with the other vendor. However bluehost has offered NO technical support and is impossible to work with; I can't get anyone who speaks good English, they just repeat "I'm sorry for your trouble" type language back at me and tell me I have to buy workspace through bluehost. If the other vendor isn't able to help me today during my meeting, I will be requesting a refund of my bluehost domain.
