I am having trouble logging in. When I reset the password, I can log in one time and then if I try again it doesn't work. I spent 1 hour with your customer service and they whitelisted the IP assuring me that it will work, but here we are again.

I am not happy with the pricing differences from the home page and what I can upgrade to. Mostly down to what I can afford for the moment. Advertising Choice Plus and Plus at same price but all I could do was Plus after having Basic. I begrudgingly have to just run with it.
The support I received on Basic was great however, I had two things to get configured and did not know if I did them right, and was helped in the chat with both quickly and effectively. It is appreciated to say the very least.
The upfront document for guidance is not well-prepared, for example, some passages in the document are strangely duplicated and tutorial videos mentioned in the document cannot be found. Even I asked a staff through the Chat function, he/she only told me to search them myself in YouTube! What a service?!

Learning curve is fairly simple. Customer Service deserves 5 stars, they helped me via the chat at 1 am my time with a challenging issue. Everything was resolved within less than 30 minutes.

Just payed the service, could not even log in. Customer service in a chat sent a token for security reasons I just go and check the number on my mail and kicked out of the chat. Tried again chat explained I cant log in and there is an issue with some info that I havent even had a chance to confirm! So they escalate the issue and sent an email with 2 different case numbers in 1 email. Great! 5 min later I received an email confirming what it was to be confirmed automatically and not even a response from support about it. Not a Great begining for a first timer to be honest...

Nothing has worked as expected. First, I wasn't able to manage the domain at all. Now, I'm not able to log into WordPress at all, I've gotten several confusing emails from Bluehost that make no sense. I've used Bluehost in the past with no problem, so this malfunction must have a reason. But I've contacted customer service three times, and no one can really explain what is going on, or have the patience to understand what I'm saying...that nothing has worked as it normally does so far from the moment I purchased this domain. I will probably end up cancelling this order as it's been a disaster.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
