Im learning how to sset up and upload my Math content. I guess...via help from Steve Chow Blog website...? Im trying to figure this out. I just bought 5 websites...so I got lots of fun work to do Daily...

Slow and not user friendly, hidden fees, hard to get support to reply to help and issues.

Confusing site and logging in has already required a support case

Representative was fantastic. She listened and was able to assist me easily. I will highly recommend bluehost to anyone.

Cant get anything working, including email. Tech support couldn't assist and referred my case and now I have to wait an entire day? Horrible service! Just horrible. I cant start my business because of this.

Trying to get started w/ my WP site. Easy on GoDaddy. Changed to BH because of good reviews, very sorry I did.

I have had to enter info multiple times. I have used help, chat, themes. I started with Theblogstarter.com, which recommended Bluehost. I have followed each step in that guide - went back & started over. The examples seem to be a different version or something, not quite the same as what I see. When I published I don't have any of the 'options', such as disclaimer, a heading, etc. It is a single long column on the left side, with a heading from the sample page. I have gone back to search the help site and will work on it again. I also used Gravatar, which popped up and seemed to integrate or merge with bluehost. I think the Webpress theme might be broken per your help page. I am going to try that now. I have been trying to get my blog up for 3 days. The Blog starter said I could be going in 20 minutes. I posted on my Facebook page that I would be publishing in 24 hours. I thought that would be a good "safety net", enough time to get things the way I wanted and get any kinks worked out. My friends are asking me what's going on! At first, it seemed easy to navigate. The final result has not been good. I entered infor in Gravatar when it popped up while working in Bluehost. That is not connecting. Here I go. I am rating 3 stars even though I am very frustrated, and I have been working with computers and software since 1977. I am giving your software the benefit of the doubt. I will consider it could be something I have done, something with my HP laptop, which is only 3 months old, but I also know they are not perfect. I will check everything and keep trying. Thank you.

Ok, i got good support when I asked for, regarding the domain

Genuinely the worst experience of my online life! All I wanted was a domain and an email address and it's been so painful I've written the money off and turned off all the renewals. Support was absolutely a waste of time! You only got 1 start as I can't give you zero!

As a beginner, its difficult to navigate the tool and site. Slow loading, explanations on navigation can be more direct and clear.

Extremely confusing; not intuitive for first-time users.

I need help building my site I don't find this to be user friendly

The agents aren't able to 100% solve my issues. The worst one has been when one of the agents told me to wait as they will ask the server end team to send me an email in regards to my issue but they never sent me an email even after 12 hours.
