I've had continuous problems since migrated my website here. Some has been solved some hasn't. I've had to contact the customer service multiple times with the same issue. My emails don't work and everytime I call I have different answers. I even had someone being very rude telling me to delete a website that wasn't mine.
I've had two situations in the last week that happened because of my own actions. Both times I called the representative was very helpful and solved my problem quickly. It's very nice to be able to actually talk to someone relatively quickly and the primary reason I have bought my hosting with blue host.
I've had their host all year and paid to use their website builder. It only worked for the first couple of months and have not been able to make any changes to my website since it has not been working. I've asked multiple times for months and nothing has been fixed and they refuse to give me a refund. I do not recommend
The usability of the bluehost site is great. Customer support has been atrocious. My entire site disappeared, and now it's WRONG. No one knows what's going on with my account when I contact into Bluehost. The Chat feature vs. the call feature give me completely different answers. Response times are TERRIBLE. I'm extremely disappointed in this service.
You keep charging me 3 timers a year when it was supposed to be once a year... I am going to be going back to go daddy where this NEVER happened. You also don't give a heads up now I am in the red in my bank account very sleazy... I have never had an auto renewal not tell me several days before
Website down for over 24 hours last Friday and now down again because the server on which my account is hosted is currently under having performance issue. Your admins are working on reducing the server load and getting the server back to full functionality but no idea how long this will take. Not good that this is two weeks running I have no website. Not happy at all.
Experience has been far above what was expected to be brutally honest. The help I have received when reaching out has been above average and the problem gets solved just as quickly as it did when it started. I'm impressed, Keep up the Good work ladies and gents
The chat help and calling in for assistance need to be better. It takes multiple calls and chats for help. The majority of the time, the "help" is incorrect. I have been very disappointed with this hosting service so far.
My site was losing rankings due to slow loading of the pages. You recently added (or made easy to find) a control to reboot the server, and that has made a big difference. It should have been in place a long time ago.

I was made an administrator of our site a number of years ago. Someone else was actually doing the work on the site. They quit. I needed to go in and make changes and there had been changes since I last worked in the system. I got the assistance I needed to access the items I needed to change.
Your customer service is pathetic, reaching your corporate office to address any issues is not existent and no one responds to emails either. The CSR's in the overseas call center constantly lie about issues that the client know exist. Changing to another provider.
Bluehost has not been able to provide the services I pay thousands for. My new domain purchase does not work and customer service just gives me a runaround. My sites get hacked - and once even destroyed by a tech support worker who erased my website! I deeply regret choosing bluehost and the years I have worked with this company.
Had to wait nearly 48 hours to get into my account. Lost password feature wasn't working. Spent over two hours in chat sessions the first day and then called the next day just to be told support was aware of the issue and it would be another day before they could get it resolved.
I've had Bluehost since 2007 or 2008 and it started great. For 2022 and most of 2023, customer support was trash. The end of 2023 and this year things have been getting better. I am cautiously optimistic that this direction will continue.
Bluehost's recent changes to their website has been causing a number of issues when login in. Luckily, their customer service chat option works pretty well.
But their Message Us keeps on beeping non stop, there is no way to simply turn it off.
It's so slow initially logging in. It shows a log-in screen, then that changes to just the domain user id screen, then the password screen, and then tries to make me buy a website professional thing every time.
My experience with Bluehost has been great, although I don't speak English, but the customer support center deserves recognition and respect, and I made unintentional mistakes, and when I contacted the support center, the mistake was addressed by them.

I asked how to redirect a domain, and the rep did something that I found out four days later doesn't work. I tried to purchase hosting, and when I tried to remove unwanted features, my cart emptied entirely. I noticed a spelling error on the page too. Get me out of here!
Just started with your site and i spent a lot of time creating it, for the last 5-6 days I have been unable to access it, change anything, publish anything. I get different answers from support each time.
My server got hack a few months back, and keep on having different problems on different websites every now and then. Everytime i talk to live chat it only solve the problem that I highlight and can see, but doesn't really resolve the real problem.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
