I am having difficulty getting help because English isn't the first language of the people trying to help me. My blog was up and running, and now it doesn't show up. I have had so many problems with this host.

Stop asking for feedback after i left it
I cannot log into my Account On2itSoftware.com using Edge V 22H2. As soon as I click in the Password field a 'Bad Gateway' Screen is displayed. Chrome on the other hand has no problems. So it's not your Website. Nevertheless your development team might need to be told, if they are not already aware, so that they can test your site using Edge. With the advent of ChatGPT, Edge could be going to get a whole lot more popular.
Pleas let me know if you are aware of problem.
It's pretty good, but kind of annoying to file share to. I expected more of a simple FTP thing to use, but uploading files works okay. It is stupid that you can't upload folders properly, they end up being 'file' file types instead of folders.
Basic pack is very disappointing so far, I installed a site, worked fine but keeps changing to SSL, even though I have none, except free one year that I can't find anywhere inside panel. I can't access given domain, Invalid SSL certificate Error code 526 keeps popping up...
DO NOT WORK WITH BLUEHOST IF YOU VALUE YOUR CONTENT IN ANY WAY. Bluehost erased all of my content. I provided a backup file, as instructed, and was told by five different representatives to take five completely different courses of action to reinstate my content. Nothing worked, no accountability was taken. Ultimately, I decided to end my relationship with Bluehost and requested a refund. Was denied a refund, even though Bluehost charged me in September, the same month they erased all of my content, and therefore was not hosting anything or servicing me in any way. This is hands down the worst company I have ever worked with... truly bottom-feeder, embarassingly bad customer service. NOT worth your time or money.

My new site has only been populated for 1 day and i've already got 13 spam phone calls to make my site. The price was good but this is complete bull$#*!e. At this rate there will be 4700+ spam calls i'll have to block.
Terrible experience. The support chat is waste of time. They know nothing and can do nothing. They cannot even check the status of your pending tasks, they cannot give any specific info. They just keep thanking you for calling and waiting.
The phone support is even worse. They keep you waiting on the line for tens of minutes and all they can say in the end is that they were unable for fix the issue and promise to email or call back. They will never call you or email you back, and even if they do so, they just thank you for your patience! Crazy terrible customer service. Think twice before making any purchase with them.
The chat support is very slow, it took me two hours to get something fixed when I signed up last night because in between messages they take 10 minutes or more to respond to most messages
As a beginner, I'm pretty lost! I've been able to figure out how to get the basic needs done, but nothing more. There have been few walkthroughs. I'll admit though that I still need to go through more tips & tricks articles, but I wish there had been something at the beginning to find out that I'm a total newbie and force me to sit and get a walkthrough.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
