It is very hard to create a website with this hosting. There is not simple drag and drop software that can give you a professional looking website without the hassle.

Poor customer service experience recently. Lack of knowledge left a client's site unaccessible for days due to this. I fixed the issue myself by uninstalling elementor and elementor pro plugins, then reinstalling. Pretty simple fix to the 500 error that 3 different techs weren't able to discern.
I am very thankful for them and this service. We do our best right!? My review is just and I see room for growth. Cheers.

The Bluehost interface is not user friendly. The message us field keeps popping up and obscuring the main window. Also, accessing various fields is confusing - you might have regular users test drive your layout to improve customer experience.

It is waaaaaay too confusing for someone new to this. It isn't clear that Wordpress is opencource software that is being hosted and used by Bluehost. I am consistently asked to renter my username and password by Wordpress and I had to figure out on my own how to set that up. It is not very intuitive.

Where is the site editor?! It was here one day and the next day it was gone. So confusing when tutorials and what's out there for help is based on a system that is phased out. You should've paid to release new tutorials that went live the day they came outl

For almost one week you deactivated my account for no reasons, every day I contact agents and they didn't say a clear answer and postpone to few hours and when I contacted again then they did same, during this time we lost some valuable things related to our business and finally I figured out you locked some accounts to investigate, at least you could tell me that you have a security issue so that I wait you open my account again but I received complicated answer and I had to contact you again and agian and every time I had to waste time to wait an agent to answer me
