Even though there is a lot to learn, whenever an issue has come up for me, the chat team has been super helpful and very friendly.
I have top log into my Bluehost account, then click to Home, then click to cPanel then click to manage mail "EVERY TIME" just to check my mail. Then when I I logout of my mail accounts and try log off of cPanel, I can't logoff! I have to leave it open then log off my Bluehost account and hope cPanel is not just permanently left open. It's exhausting and frustrating!

After speaking to one of your support crew they instructed us to delete some files to attempt to rectify a separate issue, which resulted in loosing all emails including inbox, sent, trash and all saved files across 7 different emails. These are first point contact for our clients and our business in general. This has impacted our business greatly. After a couple of different attempts talking to support personel the issue still is not rectified. We are unable to utilise emails 12 hours later, not good enough for a business' operations. It has caused anxiety and much stress between staff and clients. This should be a priority being the issue was created from very poor advice your end. Your customer service is appalling at best.
I have my hosting plan for a about a year and as you could see I never even got to use it. Everytime I spoke with someone, they couldn't quite walk me thru fixing it or do it for me, they also wouldn't explain to me why I was told that what I paid would be enough to have A secure site. Everytime I tried to finish setting up a website (tried 3 different ones) I was not secure and was attempted at being charged for a SSL that initially was supposed to be included. Idk. I have never had such a terrible experience sand I just came back on today to rate the site so someone could not suffer like I have. To this day my hopes of having a store online or a blog website are still just a dream bc my experience with bluehost made me give up. Thanks.

Websites diasapears and wp deletes in bacground and agents just promise it will be ok in 24hrs but nuthing
Chat support is very bad, they put you on hold for 10-15 minutes then transfer to another agent, then they either repeat this cycle or tell you that problem will be solved in 24 hours, which does not happen.

Your app is not intuitive as others are. Your primary domain is confusing and i dont its point, and its not changeable. For some odd reason it feels like you require name servers for domain to be bluehost (i use cloudflare). Your CPANEL domains part does let edit of https request and if there is a dependancy for that it isnt well explained. All in all I had a MUCH better expirience on other shared hosting providers.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
