In the latest years I and all my clients I suggested to use BH are experiencing severe problems due to your actions of changing servers or doing your maintenance. Every time you do so there are problems that are hard to fix. I think I will not renew with you. You are not reliable for professional use.
Incomplete system, untested. Prone to obvious errors that wouldn't have gotten through testing. Zero confidence and trust in the ability of your systems. Bait and switch marketing strategies the list goes on
Navigating Bluehost is not at all user friendly and the inadequacy of customer support have made my attempts at running and managing my products a complete failure.
Good experience so far. However i cant locate one of my expired domain names. I am failing to renew it
It is very difficult to reach anyone. There is absolutely no advice. I had to remove my credit card from my account so that you would not charge for services I do not need. Terrible customer service.
I buy WP hosting and install WP + woocommerce from the menu. But Quick Edit is not working. I have contacted CS with detil info. She could not resolve the problem. She said will pass issue to higher team. Still not resolved till now.
And other inconvenience experiences.
So far the overall experience is excellent, i haven't had any challenges
I start my blog from 0 with a blue host. The customer service is very helpful for someone who have 0 tech skill like me. Hahaha...
Its been great thus far, I am getting a 405 Forbidden message? What is this
Slightly confused. I want to find my nameserver info to plug into NameCheap. I have not been in here in a while. Info is not readily avail.
Bluehost has been an horrible company to be attached to for the past 10 years. There was never a time I was happy with their service. You get stuck with these hosting companies due to the challenge of switching providers. I finally made the effort to backup all my sites and databases and finally escape their inept clutches.
God what a pain it has been trying to deal with this company. They are not proactive at all. Their support is very unskilled. They pull every trick in the book to prevent you from leaving. There are so many competitors with much better services that have been created over the years. Im happy to be with a capable company now in hostinger. They do everything right. I very strongly suggest not going with bluehost. You will regret it!
I have been with you since 2004 so I have seen the steady decline of the quality of your service in all aspects: service offerings, execution of the services you offer without error, cost of services while decreasing the services themselves and customer support -- all are so bad as to be unusable. Your company is the worst in every way possible. I am in the process of moving all of my accounts away from you. I don't know why you are still in business since it is clear you care about nothing but getting my money. I hope you improve.
Their service is great but if u need some help, it many take days to get fixed.
Support seems to be falling off recently. I have had several support team drop out of chats prior to fixing issues or not fully investigating issues and rushing to solutions that did not work. I am still dealing with an on-going issue with our server
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
