Angered that one of my clients was tricked into purchasing a monthly plan which is far too expensive. Bluehost would not budge on offering a discount, though he wanted a yearly plan.
Continuous hard upselling (more than once I've had to contact BlueHost directly to renew the plan I have rather than upgrading), slippery pricing, and poor customer service.
