Updating your website probubly helped you, didnt help me at all. You lost all of my payment history, your cutomer service reps dont know anything. Ive been trying move 1 domain name... 1, just 1 and its taking me 3 freakin months cause no one is smart enough to tell me were to put this stupid domain authorization code thats been sitting in my email for 15 days, which means today is the last day before i have to wait another 3 months to complete my clients order.

Your documentation about transferring a domain is not up to date. What is on the actual website does not agree with the images and instructions.
The chat is slow to answer and, as with most operators unfortunately, the support person does not accurately read the query, so I had to keep repeating the question in different ways.

Support is slow, slow to respond, slow to solve issues, slow to start my tickets. This is my 6th time starting a chat. This is the. 6th time I have had to wait in a queue for "10" minutes but its been more than 10 minutes. This is the 6th time I have been asked if I still need help while I am waiting for my ticket to be picked up. This sucks. As a customer of 7 plus years I am dismayed at what has become of Bluehost. They completely changed their fee structure and charged more money for inferior services. Almost overnight one of the most responsive customer service teams in the industry was replaced with people who were unfamiliar with the web hosting industry in general and Bluehost products and services in particular. I am in the process of migrating my 60 plus domains (over $1200 in annual fees lost), to another host who is like what Bluehost used to be. I hope you who are here leave and those who are considering, reconsider. I will make it my mission to repeat this less than stellar review as often as possible

I was signed up for professional email that I did not ask for.now it is forcing me to renew something I did not sign up for and I can't even cancel it in my account. I have to call you! Shady! So tempted to leave BBlueHost. Pricing just continues to go up for domains and for hosting. It's ridiculous what you re charging. I can get is cheaper elsewhere.
