I've been charged $200 to renew my website along with a required SSL certificate which resulted in a continued failure of receiving my emails for 2 days and ongoing. Support was made aware of the issue 10 hours after the certificate was certified and failed.

Unresolved issues with domain name transfer (I have called twice to have the problem fixed and it still remains). Very disappointing. Everyone always says Bluehost is the best; this is what I get for listening to affiliate marketers.

The service lost my content and could not restore it, even though I paid for code guard. I selected to allow my services to expire, but the changed the settings to auto-renew causing fraudulent charge to my account.

The support is the worst of all the services that I contract, every time I need assistance I have to start a chat 50 times and it takes me half a day to solve anything in the best of cases, the support people are incompetent and when they don't know something they cut the chat, it's always the same, the service is somewhat insufferable

Technical issues are constant with your hosting service. Your tech staff seems to have limited knowledge or ability to get the situation fixed so we have a trouble-free hosting environment. We will definitely be moving our hosting to another provider. You have a lot of work to do to make your hosting service safe and reliable.

System constantly changes making older setups obsolete...making it hard to maintain websites. What is on the cpanel today, will be lost within 5 years. No continuancy. Trying to get human support to help is a challenge. (Although onece you do get suppport - they are usually awesome.) Old obsolete accounts which should have been deleted suddenly pop up again causing confusion. Adds say a service cost.99 per month then when you sign up they suddenly cost $1.25 per month. Promise of unlimited accounts suddently threatened to be charged more - so pretty much no longer unlimited.

The new user interface is a giant step backward. It's hard to find things intuitively, every time I log in I get an ad for things I've had for *years* before I can get to my dashboard, support has gone rapidly downhill in the last year or two. I used to love and endorse Bluehost, but I'm looking at new providers.

The website loads very slowly, some buttons in the navigation are not clickable, the Domains page does not load at all, and I'm prompted to purchase the same thing every time I log in. I have been trying to transfer my domain to another service but the process has been slow and unclear.
