Cannot get my websites to load and the support service has been terrible so far
I've been charged $200 to renew my website along with a required SSL certificate which resulted in a continued failure of receiving my emails for 2 days and ongoing. Support was made aware of the issue 10 hours after the certificate was certified and failed.
Bluehost is confusing. Somehow I have multiple different accounts and I don't know how that happened.

Technical issues are constant with your hosting service. Your tech staff seems to have limited knowledge or ability to get the situation fixed so we have a trouble-free hosting environment. We will definitely be moving our hosting to another provider. You have a lot of work to do to make your hosting service safe and reliable.
System constantly changes making older setups obsolete...making it hard to maintain websites. What is on the cpanel today, will be lost within 5 years. No continuancy. Trying to get human support to help is a challenge. (Although onece you do get suppport - they are usually awesome.) Old obsolete accounts which should have been deleted suddenly pop up again causing confusion. Adds say a service cost.99 per month then when you sign up they suddenly cost $1.25 per month. Promise of unlimited accounts suddently threatened to be charged more - so pretty much no longer unlimited.

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
