I ordered online thinking I was ordering from a local shop in Downers Grove Illinois. I was actually ordering from a service that takes the money and then farms out the arrangement and delivery. What was delivered was NOT what I ordered. Shabby arrangement instead of the "Royal Bouquet" I ordered. Vase was low cost, flowers the wrong colors and over all very dissatisfied with all aspects. I wouldn't be surprised if the flower arrangemant was actually purchased at a Jewel-Osco and then delivered to funeral home. I was not able to attend Mom's funeral and it was important to have just the right arrangement. Can't believe I paid 96$ for this bait and switch. Will be disputing with credit card company and contacting BBB. This company is a scam. FIRST picture is what was delivered- NOT AT ALL AS DEPICTED ON WEBSITE! SECOND picture is the website photo- purple, pink and white tulips/ classy vase.

I specified the delivery date. They delivered the DAY BEFORE. The recipients were at the funeral that day. I specified the DAY AFTER because I knew they would be home to recieve the delivery.
What I ordered included flowers and a bow. What was delivered DID NOT include any flowers and there was no bow.
Item delivered was NOTHING LIKE THE ITEM ORDERED. Additionally, there were DEAD LEAVES on the plant! HOW DO YOU DELIVER SOMETHING WITH DEAD LEAVES!?
They offered to go and pick up the defective delivery and then send a substitute. NO THANK YOU. DONE with this company. HORRIBLE.
Ordered flowers on the 17th still not received on the 21st. Poor poor service. Called and they told me will be delivered on the 21st. Now 7:00pm and still no delivery

They wait until 3:00pm on the day of delivery to tell me that that they "didn't get their delivery" and they have to charge me and extra $10 to get it to my friend in the hospital (who just had chemo) but because they are so great they are only going to charge me $5 to use another florist! What?! I bet they don't ever get a delivery ever! And they charged my credit card for $101! THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE
The reviews I read about this company were amazing (or really for a different local business with a very similar name) until I intentionally looked for reviews to add my own. After my nightmare dealing with them unfortunately. This has got to be the absolute LOUSIEST florist in the entire universe. I live clear across the country on the west coast.from the delivery location of the flowers, so I looked online for a florist who would deliver to the east coast. I ordered for delivery today nearly a week ago. I received a text yesterday asking if I would mind substituting the flowers I selected for alternatives. I called to discuss and they told me they found another florist who had the selected flowers. I guess the call was intended to swindle more last minute funds out of me bc I ended up spending an additional 17$. I literally JUST received. ON DELIVERY DAY. A long text stating they can't deliver until Monday. I refused as TODAY is the occasion, so what good are the flowers three days late? They offered a discount or credit towards my next purchase. PLEASEEE. As if I'd ever trust them again! They've gotta be kidding me. I had to call my creditor to dispute the charges since no refund was offered. I ended up calling ******* trillion florists to find a place who delivers same-day. I luckily found ONE as everyone else said they could not& since now it's the weekend AND after 10a local time, no one's delivering nor taking orders for delivery until Monday. Please save yourself some stress and order elsewhere.
I'd put zero stars if I could. They take your order postpone it, then deliver past prime flowers. Given the number of similar reviews on BBB I'm surprised their still open.

It will be hard to put into words what an awful experience this was. Ordered a week in advance and paid extra for a guaranteed morning delivery (my wife is a teacher and it was our anniversary)
They never delivered them, I began communicating my concern around 10:00am and it took until 3:00pm to get any type of response. They would not let me cancel my order (even though no one would be at the school to receive the order this late in the day).
The online chat stopped responding once I voiced some concern and asked for a number to call.
I can't express enough what a poorly run operation this is. When I finally had a chance to speak with someone, they seemingly had no concern about my experience being so poor, they want me to wait 48-hours to confirm my order wasn't delivered before refunding me.
The timing was extremely important, as I made that known when I placed my order. The last thing I want is flowers to show up the day after my anniversary.
They wouldn't provide me with a cancelation number or any written acknowledgment of my cancellation.
I will be disputing any charges on my card and will tell as many people as I know to avoid this company at all cost.
Do not buy from them. I spent over $100 and got something you would buy at the grocery store. Awful.
This morning I ordered online and spent $83.83 for delivery. I tracked my order around 230p and it said "delivered". I called the receiver and she never rec'd the flowers
The 877 phone number was not in service and when I selected them to call me. I did get a call in 1 minute but the ID caller read LANAI COMMUNITY HOSPITAL. The lady was rude and didn't even ask for imy order number and said hold on. She never came back so I called my bank and will report fraud

I placed an order online for funeral flowers on 6/12 to be delivered on 6/15. After providing all the details on their intake form when I received the confirmation email, all of the information was incorrect including the delivery date. I had to call them to have the information corrected. I called again the day before the service to check to make sure everything was in order to be delivered in time for the service and I was assured that the flowers would be delivered to the church later the same day, the after prior to the service. On the morning of their service, and 30 min before the start time, I got a call from them asking for my approval to substitute flowers as they didn't have what I had ordered. They hadn't even started the order! I was appalled but Mayra assured me that they would still be delivered on time. I asked the people at the service to check if the flowers were there and they were not. I talked to Mayra again at 1:30 and asked for a refund. She wanted to give me $5 off and suggested that the arrangement be sent to someone's home. I told her no, that I wanted a refund and told her how unprofessional this experience has been - she hung up on me.
This "company" is a complete scam. You will overpay for flowers that are different from what you think you ordered. File a claim with your credit card as you will be scammed.
I placed an order on a Thursday morning and was assured that it would be delivered on Sat. I contacted them again on Sat after I received an email that it had been hand delivered. I knew it hadn't. She told me that it was on the truck and would definitely be delivered by 6 pm. An hour later I received an email that it couldn't be delivered that day and would be delivered on Monday. When I tried to call, I got a message that customer support was unavailable on the weekend. Called again on Monday. Was put on hold for an hour and a half. When I finally spoke with someone he said the designer told him they didn't have those flowers available. When I asked about compensation for my trouble, they said they would refund me $5.00. I cancelled the order. Then he said they could give me a credit for $10 toward my next purchase. I said, nope, never ordering again. How about you credit my card that $10. He said the maximum compensation he could give me was $5. I cancelled and sincerely hope this cancellation reflects on my card as he stated that the finance department would have to contact me. This place is the WORST! NEVER NEVER use them!
I looked up the shop using my phone, presuming I was calling the same flower shop in Delta Co that I have used occasionally. When they answered, I asked specifically if this was in Delta Co. They replied yes, so I assumed they hired new immigrant to help with the shop. I placed my order for Dec 6. Almost an hour later, they returned my call and stated they would not be able to deliver until Dec 7 due to not having any of the flowers we discussed earlier. They had switched out the types of flowers several times before settling on an arrangement that I agreed to in the first conversation. When I returned home, I looked up the company online and found these reviews and called back to cancel the order. They stated they could not cancel the order due to the fact that they had already sent this to the designer. I demanded that they cancel the order and delete the charge from my credit card. They stated that they would call me or email me if the order COULD be canceled. Since I did not receive the first email promised me, which they did not confirm in the first conversation, I doubt that I will receive one canceling my order.
I ordered online a flower arrangement early morning on 2/22 from Blossom Flowers to deliver that same afternoon to my Grandmother for her birthday. I received a phone call at 4:37pm on 2/22 that same day that they were not able to deliver my flowers because their supplier ran out of stock of a specific flower, and they asked if a substitute would be ok, and they could deliver the next day. I was very upset and shared my displeasure and informed them to cancel my order as you don't call at the end of the day after the flowers should have already been delivered to ask if it would be ok to substitute the flowers. I then hung up an received an email from them stating the same thing. I replied to the email requesting cancelation of my order and to refund my money and please to send me confirmation. I did not receive a response and then on 2/27 received another email from them asking me the same request to substitute their flower arrangement and they could deliver on the 27th which was 5 days later. I again requested cancelation and a refund and once again no response. I had to go to my credit card company and dispute the charge. They seem to be very sketchy and certainty unethical.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I placed an order for my girlfriend on 4th of November to be delivered on the 7th of November. I got an email on Sunday, 6th of November, they said it will be delayed by one day due to late delivery of supplies. I have no choice so I just agreed. 8th of November came, NOTHING RECEIVED. When I messaged customer service, they said it is scheduled to be delivered on 9th of November- I asked them multiple times why I didn't get notified, no reason from them. Instead of sympathizing, they just said "Don't worry as we will make your order extra special". How will it become extra special when IT IS TWO DAYS LATE FOR HER ACTUAL BIRTHDAY?! Today, 9th of November- NOTHING RECEIVED. Emailed them multiple times and GOT NO RESPONSE.
If you can't meet customer expectation, then DON'T ACCEPT ORDERS.
