**AVOID BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY AT ALL COSTS** (it should have a ZERO star rating)
Sent floral arrangement to daughter to arrive on her birthday. (12/16) It did NOT arrive but tracking said it HAD arrived. Called the next morning (12/17) to Customer service. Placed on hold w/30 people in front of me so selected the call back feature. No one ever called. Called back again (still on 12/17) and stayed online (35 people in front of me). They also lie about their estimated hold time ("You are #17 in line and your estimated hold time is 15 seconds"? - not even :/) BlossomFlowerDelivery rep finally got online and took another duplicate order over phone. That order was delivered on 12/18 (not 17th as promised) and in no way looked like the quality, the flower selection and the colors of what I had ordered (Calming Comfort arrangement - blue vase arrangement as seen in 1st photo). I had also paid for the deluxe upgrade (additional flowers added) and they did NOT include those flowers. Emailed to Customer Service the pictures of the received arrangement (white flowers/clear vase 2nd photo) along with the photo from the website of what I THOUGHT had ordered. Called again to report the unsatisfactory service and spoke with another rep (eventually - after another interminable hold). Reported the issue and requested either a 2nd proper floral arrangement be delivered or a full refund. She said she would address - however today is 12/20 and no response has been received either via phone or email. Today (12/20) I have called in 3 times and they are not picking up - they either hang-up/disconnect after I've waited 30 minutes in the queue or they send me to VM once I get down to the last person in the queue - they SERIOUSLY did that. I also called the "place an order" line just to talk to a live person and they will NOT deal with your problem but instead send you to customer service line where you are again back at the bottom of the 30 person "Q". I also submitted service request through website - received one pre-programmed response but NO follow-up. Bottom line - no authentic communication (hours of frustration trying to connect), no authentic customer service, no replacement flowers received, and no refund issued. Simply pathetic (more like a scam) - Do NOT give them your business.

My boyfriend ordered flowers for Feb 14th, but both received a text saying it wouldn't arrive until the 15th. Although we were bummed, we decided it was okay. Mind you, they were very good at replying to us at this time. And when it wasn't delivered on the 15th, my boyfriend and I both reached out asking about the flowers, which at the time they were very swift with replies. But as soon as we brought up refund, they completely ignored us and stopped replying.
We were generous with it being late a day, but after not receiving it until 2 days later (some of the flowers were wilting by then), we didn't want to go through with the order anymore. We even attempted to call every single day since Feb 16th, the day they FINALLY delivered, but once again were ignored.
They also lied and said it was delivered Feb 15th on text and on the note/receipt that's delivered with the flowers. I checked outside and even the neighbors porches in case of an address mix up. It was impossible to miss because on the 16th, when I arrived home from work, it was sitting on our porch RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR meaning if I had opened the door at 7pm on Feb 15th, when they claimed it was delivered, I would've hit it with the screen door OR even at 6am on Feb 16th when I left to go to work.
It is sad to see that the only time we are finally getting calls and texts back, and a spam of it too, is when they saw that we put in a chargeback through our bank- because at least our bank won't ignore us.
They're trying to dispute this claim by saying, "regardless of how late, at least you received it" to our bank, but we're not going to put up with it (since this is still ongoing today).
I live in Illinois. I ordered flowers, teddy bear, balloon ($200) for delivery service for a friend who lives in Minot, ND. I placed the order over the telephone. I wanted them delivered on Valentine's Day, but I was notified that they can not guarantee delivery time because of the amount of orders for Valentine's Day.
So I said ok, don't worry about Valentine's Day, can you deliver them today (4/9/24) after 4 p.m.? She said yes, we can do that. Do I paid the $200 over the phone with the expectation that the flowers will be delivered that day. Later that afternoon I receive a text message saying that they are having issues and the flowers will be delivered tomorrow (4/10/24). I was disappointed and a little upset because I was all excited for her to receive this gift and also because I never received my transaction email that they were supposed to send me. But I figured since the next day was Saturday, that might work out better since she'll be home all day too receive it.
Do the next day comes around and I get another text message saying that they have another issue with the delivery and are requesting more money to deliver the flowers that I originally paid $200 for the previous day, or either they can send me a different arrangement of flowers other than the ones I paid for. And also regardless of what I choose, the flowers will not be delivered until atleast 2 days later.
Do now I'm fuming, not only are they rescheduling the delivery again, but now you're charging me more money to send something that I already paid for, you're not going to refund me my money and/or you'll send a different arrangement of flowers other than the ones I chose.
I had an overall bad and disappointing experience dealing with this delivery service. They spelled my name wrong, they sent my payment transaction invoice to the wrong email address, they charged me for $200 for specific flowers and then changed the arrangement after the payment was made, I couldn't get my money refunded, I ended up having flowers that I didn't even get a chance to see as replacement flowers for the ones that I originally paid for.
I don't think the people that I spoke with at this service are bad people, but you cannot do business this way. I don't think it was totally their fault, they are just the delivery service, but my order was pretty simple and the address it was being delivered to is in the address. I honestly don't even feel sure that the flowers will ever be delivered and I'll just be out $200 because their have been too many issues for such a simple order. We'll see what happens when Monday comes around.
****After writing this review I noticed that the service had emailed me a number of times to try and fix the situation (mostly the same options that I mentioned above) and they noted they would reimburse me $8 for the balloon. I'm not sure why they can't reimburse me the whole $200 if they can return $8. Honesty, I don't think these are bad people or a bad service, I think they mean well, but I don't see myself using their service again. I'm sure if this issue could have been avoided, they would have. I just wanted to describe my experience using the service and if my delivery is or isn't delivered on Monday, I'll update it in my review.
Flower arrangement
THIS IS A SCAMMER WEBSITE, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I'm out $108 plus no flowers!
I ordered a flower arrangement for my friend's father's funeral. I paid extra to have them delivered on Saturday January 27th and paid extra $5.99 to have them delivered before 1pm. At 2 pm I get an email saying that they couldn't deliver on the 27th and wanted me to pay "more money" to have them delivered on Monday, January 29th. There was no way I was paying $25 more on top of the $108 I had already paid to have them delivered on Monday! So the soonest they could deliver was Tuesday, January 29th without me paying any more money and I said okay. They said they were out of supplies until then. The flowers were NEVER delivered on the 29th. I called on the 30th and they said there was a "mix up" and they guaranteed they would be delivered that day, Jan 30th but they were never delivered. I called the next day on Jan 31st and they said the flowers were on the truck to be delivered and I would get a confirmation when they were delivered. At 4:30pm I still had not gotten a confirmation or flowers delivered so I called back again and they said yes they guarantee they are being delivered. At 11pm my friend still has not gotten the flowers and it's now Wednesday. Called again this morning, Thursday, February 1st and asked for the manager but he/she was "busy" and they said they had trouble with the truck yesterday and they can guarantee the flowers are being delivered today, Thursday, February 1st, 6 days after I ordered them and they still never delivered them.
This place is a total scam.
After placing order, Blossom called to get delivery address. Told them that that is crazy that you don't have tje delivery address. Gave it to them again. Then delivered WITHOUT including a card stating who it was from. My flower recipient had NO idea who it was from until I called to see if flowers were delivered. Blossom should NOT be in business! After my complaint to them, they sent me an "award' to use them again.

A birthday flower ordered on Oct 6th to be delivered the 7th. But it was delivered late on the 8th.
I am very disappointed with their service and not keeping their promised delivery time despite I paid $26 for delivery. They did not handle my complaints afterwards.
I recently ordered some flowers to be delivered from here.
Please see attached photos for the result.
I have three complaints.
1. Quality of the flowers is sub standard. They are old and damaged
2. What was delivered is not even close to the advertised image in terms of quality and quantity (https://bolt.blossomflowerdelivery.com/product/purple-extravagance/)
3. "Card" was printed on a piece of paper, poorly cut and not even straight! With delivery instructions?
Had I known they would not use a proper card for the message, I would not have included one.
I sent this gift to my employer as a thank you and quite frankly I am embarrassed by the quality, especially for the price paid - USD 70!. I am very disappointed.
The quality does not match the price paid and is not even in the same ballpark as what is advertised on the website.
I am extremely frustrated because had I known this was the quality I would not have sent it to my place of work.
What's worse, no one form customer service has responded.
Do not use this florist. They are terrible and I wish I had read the other poor reviews before purchasing.
(NOTE: re the "day" references, I wrote this review yesterday but only posted it today)
I wish I could leave no stars. I had a horrible experience with this company. I went to their web site two days ago and selected an arrangement. When I entered the zip code, I was informed that the selected arrangement was not available for that area. Fair enough. So I selected another one. It was more money than I wanted to spend but it was the only thing close in beauty and colour to what I had wanted. I put the zip code in and the order was accepted; a contract entered.

Today I received an email trying to shake me down for another $25. They claimed that they wouldn't have all the flowers needed to make the arrangement until tomorrow and they would need to get them from a partner to deliver today but it costs $50 MORE (in other words, almost double) but they were "generously" going to cover $25 of it. When I informed them that I was fine with it being delivered tomorrow rather than today, I was then informed that it would still cost the extra $25. When I asked why, I was told that the needed additional flowers would have to come from the partner (not what I was told just moments earlier - that they would have the necessary flowers tomorrow). I was also informed that, even though I would be paying an extra $25, it would NOT actually be what I had ordered but rather a "Designer's Choice" arrangement!
So $25 extra, a day late and not even what I had ordered. Unimpressed, I told them to put the order on hold as I was going to look elsewhere. That is when I got the high pressure tactic. I needed to place the order within two hours, maybe even within the hour, for it to be delivered next day (tomorrow) otherwise it would not be delivered until Tuesday (so five days later than originally planned/expected).
The fact that they had entered into a contract was of no consequence to them whatsoever. They could get the flowers and make the delivery one day later than wanted (but still acceptable). They just weren't prepared to do it.
I canceled the order and placed an order with Forget Me Not Florist. I got something nicer, for less cost, less delivery fee, no "handling fee" and it was delivered in less two hours after the order was placed! No doubt you can guess who I will NEVER use again and who I will gladly use again.

My sister in law had just given birth to her first baby girl. My husband and I wanted to send her an extravagant bouquet to welcome her home from the hospital since we were unable to be home with her. Her baby girl's name is Lily, hence getting lilies and roses in this arrangement was my overall goal. I specifically chose roses and lilies for her for this reason. I even noted for florists/your team to contact me if this expectation was not to be met. That was not what was delivered, instead this arrangement had maybe 2-3 roses (that is me being forgiving by looking at the photo my sister in law sent me, see attached photos) When I requested for a redelivery, I was told that was impossible due to fact that the florists have used my budget for the flowers that was delivered. Excuse me? Where did you use the budget towards? These mediocre flowers? Roses and liles I can understand paying top dollar for but as a result of this awful monkey grass arrangement, this is not an arrangement worth what I am paying for. I believe I chose your deluxe bouquet option- there is nothing special about it. Where did the "budget" your representative is claiming it was used for these flowers? Please help me understand where this budget was used for the arrangement itself, not including your services fees which comes out to around $100, I am also missing a baby girl marlon balloon that did not make it to delivery. I could find these flowers in my backyard. I probably would have been able to do a better job myself if I was in the state of Tennessee to hand deliver them to my sister in law.
Sending a flower arrangement is a very special and intimate gift giving for loved ones. Your team and your company did not listen to my needs as a customer. You have completely ruined our intentions of welcoming her home with a grand arrangement.
1. When asking for a redelivery, I was told my budget was used for crappy flowers, it also appears there's just stems and no flowers- I have attached and circled it out for you to review.
2. When asking for a refund- I was told I could have a partial 15% of my refund. Representative checked and came back and told me 20% is the final offer.
3. This was suppose to be delivered on Monday 7/17 it was marked delivered but not delivered until Tuesday 7/18. I have a speculation that an order was wrong and maybe this was a slip up delivery to cover up what should of been delivered on Monday.
I was not looking for a refund, in fact I would be happy if this arrangement were to be redelivered exactly as I paid for.
I am astonished and shocked by how your representatives handled this situation. I have been in the customer service industry for years and I am a firm believer of finding a suitable solution for your customers when they are dissatisfied. I do not know how this company is still open for business by false advertisement of false bouquets that look absolutely NOWHERE close to blossomflowers website displays. Please help me understand what is the point of having display photos for your customers to choose from upon delivery. It is a completely different flower arrangement. Please reevaluate your process and procedures in listening to your customers' needs rather than offering bare minimum refund- which is not a solution.
